Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpe für Flußraten im Bereich von etwa 1 bis 1000nl/min bei der der Flüssigkeitstransport durch eine Verdampfung einer Transportflüssigkeit (3) durch eine benetzbare Membran (4) erfolgt. Insbesondere sind erfindungsgemäße Pumpen für Anwendungen im Bereich der medizinischen Diagnostik wie der Mikrodialyse oder Ultrafiltration geeignet.
