Claims (7)

  1. A fixing element for glass panes, consisting of a thicker shorter bolt (1) which can be inserted into the borehole of the glass (10) and sealed, and a longer, but thinner bolt (2) fixed at bolt (1) and having an outer thread, the shorter bolt having a borehole towards the longer bolt, and the thinner bolt is designed to swivel with respect to the shorter bolt, characterized in that said longer bolt (2) has a cardanic swivel design in the borehole of said shorter bolt (1) or adjacent thereto, said cardanic design respectively consisting of a block (3) having two mutually perpendicular bores in which two bolts (4, 4') having protruding ends are provided.
  2. The fixing element according to claim 1, characterized in that said bores are on the same level of block (3), the bolts (4, 4') have different diameters, and the thinner bolt (4') is designed to be inserted through a bore within the thicker bolt (4).
  3. The fixing element according to either of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that either the bolts (4, 4') or the bolt bearings in the bores of block (3) have a layer of elastomeric material at least in the loaded regions.
  4. The fixing element according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the shorter bolt (1) can be bonded to the glass pane or panes (10) by adhesive bonding or screwing by means of an exterior thread (7) on the shorter bolt (1) and a nut (5), wherein an elastomeric seal is provided between said nut (5) and the glass wall (10).
  5. The fixing element according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the shorter bolt (1) has an exterior thread (7) which is designed to be screwable into a larger and shorter bolt having interior and exterior threads (9), wherein said larger bolt (9) is designed to be insertable into the borehole of the glass (10) and sealable and screwable to said glass pane or panes (10) using a nut (5) and an elastomeric seal (6).
  6. The fixing element according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the space between the thicker and shorter bolt (1) and the longer and thinner bolt (2) having the swiveling design is filled with a lubricant.
