Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a means for dirt-inhibiting equipment for textile surfaces, in particular textile floor coverings.
Known agent for dirt-inhibiting equipment, for example. From EP-A-0392248 a cleaning agent is known, which is a carrier material from highly absorbent, swollen polymer particles and organic Has fiber particles.
Based on the above-mentioned prior art is the Invention the task is based, a means for dirt-inhibiting Specify equipment for textile surfaces, with simplified handling Avoid environmental pollution.
aufweisen. Zufolge der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung
wird die schmutzhemmende Wirkstofflösung, wie
Fluorcarbonharz, über einen Zwischenträger, wie z. B.
Zellulose oder auch andere bekannte Trägerstoffe, aufgebracht.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel wird in einfachster
Weise auf den aufzurüstenden, textilen Bodenbelag
aufgestreut und hiernach bspw. mittels eines Bürstengerätes
in den Bodenbelag eingearbeitet. Umgebungsverschmutzungen
werden hierbei vermieden. Ein weiterer
Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung ist das
gegenüber herkömmlichen, schmutzhemmenden Mitteln verbesserte
Anschmutzverhalten. Hieraus resultiert, dass
ein Verschmutzungsgrad nach einer Reinigung des textilen
Bodenbelages entsprechend wesentlich verringert
Reinigungsmittel behandelten Bodens entspricht.
Zur weiteren Erhöhung der Reinigungswirkung kann vorgesehen
sein, dass das Mittel weiter ein Textilreinigungsmittel
enthält, welches bevorzugt ein Tensid oder ein
Tensidgemisch aufweist. Hierbei kann es sich um ein
anionisches, nichtionisches, kationisches oder auch
amphoteres Tensid handeln, wobei anionische Tenside
jedoch für die Reinigungswirkung effektiver sind als
nichtionische oder amphotere Tenside. Hier erweist sich
die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung mit einem Trägermaterial
wie Zellulose dahingehend als vorteilhaft, dass
die an diesem angelagerten Wirkstoffe weiter wirksam
bleiben.
danach gequollene Polymer-Teilchen -sogenannte Superabsorber-
verwendet, dies zusammen mit organischen Faserteilchen,
welche Faserteilchen an der Oberfläche der
Polymer-Teilchen angelagert sind. Die hoch saugfähigen,
gequollenen Polymer-Teilchen schaffen das notwendige
Volumen und die notwendige Oberfläche durch
einen hohen, in den Polymer-Teilchen gebundenen.
Wasseranteil. Das Trägermaterial bzw. das absorbierende
Material steht der Teppichoberfläche voll zur Verfügung.
Es neigt zur Agglomerat-Bildung, so dass es
nicht im Teppich "versandet". Die organischen Faserteilchen
sind auf der Oberfläche der gequollenen Polymer-Teilchen
angelagert.
In
weiterer Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass die Polymer-Teilchen
aus einem Polyacrylat bestehen. Besonders
bevorzugt ist eine quervernetzte, teilweise als Natriumsalz
vorliegende Polyacrylsäure. Solche hoch saugaktiven
Polymere können das mehrfache ihres eigenen Gewichtes
an wässerigen Flüssigkeiten aufnehmen. Hierbei
(Kaviarstruktur) aufweist. Hierdurch sind sehr kleine
Polymer-Teilchen kugelförmiger Struktur gebildet, mit
einem Durchmesser von etwa 10-1000 µm im gequollenen
Zustand. Entsprechend ergibt sich eine sehr grosse
Oberfläche. Die organischen Fasern können einen Durchmesser
von 5-30 µm und eine Länge von 50-400 µm aufweisen.
Es handelt sich hierbei bevorzugt um Zellulosefasern.
Desweiteren können übliche Hilfs- und Duftstoffe,
wie Konservierungsmittel, Antistatikum etc. vorgesehen
sein. This object is achieved in the subject matter of

The diagram shown in Fig. 1 shows the Wiederanschmutzverhalten an untreated carpet (Line U), one with a conventional carpet cleaner (Line H), one with a conventional one Active substance solution with soil-inhibiting substance (line W) and one with a means (line WT), consisting of a soil-inhibiting substance and a Carrier material, treated carpet.
From the diagram in Fig. 1 it can be seen that in particular compared to conventional, in liquid Form applied dirt-repellent agents W the invention, provided with a carrier material, Dirt-repellent agent WT over a period of several Week the re-soiling of the treated carpet better inhibits. So corresponds the degree of pollution Delta E of the solution WT over a first soiling period A 'about 0.5 to 0.8 times the known solution W. After a first Cleaning R 'is using the agent WT reaches about a degree of pollution Delta E, which the one with a conventional cleaning agent H treated carpet corresponds.
As the bar graph in Fig. 2 shows, the soiling behavior is one with one Medium WT treated carpet compared to one a conventional, dirt-repellent agent W treated Soil improved significantly. Especially after several soiling phases (A 'to A' '' ') and purification phases (R 'to R' '' ') show clear differences.
Due to the significantly reduced soiling is also the degree of pollution Delta E after a cleaning (R ' to R '' '') correspondingly substantially reduced, so that after cleaning, a degree of pollution Delta E is reached, which is the one with a conventional Detergent H treated soil corresponds.
The bar chart shows the opposite of the Solution WT still improved cleaning effect of extended solution WT '. The latter shows the good cleaning properties from conventional carpet cleaners with improved behavior in terms of Resoiling.
Weitere beispielhafte Mischungen WT beziehungsweise WT'
Fluorocarbon resin as a soil inhibitor is used in Dependence on the solids content of the active substance in 1.0 to Used 70 percent by weight.
Weitere Beispielrezepturen können sein:
Nachstehend sind die Einsatzmengen im Allgemeinen in
Gewichtsprozent-Bereichen angegeben:
By the inventive equipment of dirt-retardant Means is in addition to the prevention of the known Environmental degradation improved handling reached. In addition, this proves to be with the Intermediate applied de-staining agents too with regard to a re-soiling of the treated Belages as beneficial. Opposite the known, in liquid form applied by spraying agent is an improved long-term re-pollution effect reached.
Furthermore, by the arrangement of the protective-inhibiting Agent and the cleaning agent on the carrier material ensures that they do not neutralize but to connect with the carpet fibers (dirt-repellent agent) or with the dirt (cleaning agent) remain effective.
