Claims (5)

  1. Device for feeding a printing plate (13) to a plate cylinder (2, 2') of a printing machine (1) into a changeover position, in which the edge (14) of the printing plate (13) can be transferred into a clamping device (12) of the plate cylinder (2, 2'), characterized in that the printing machine (1) has a number of replaceable formatting slide-in elements (9, 9') assigned to it, that are selectively inserted into the printing machine (1) and in which, in each case, the plate cylinder (2, 2') is supported with a diameter corresponding to a chosen format, and in that the feeding device (16) has a number of settings, corresponding to the number of formatting slide-in elements (9, 9'), by means of which the appropriate changeover position for the given formatting slide-in element (9, 9') is determined.
  2. Device in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that a positioning element (23, 23') that determines the given settings, is provided, on an edge (14) of the printing plate (13) to be clamped, with an aligning, printing-plate guiding element (20) for a counter element (26) that can be brought into contact with the said positioning element (23, 23').
  3.
