Abstract
Description
- une embase tubulaire apte à être fixée à la carte, et
- une fiche apte à être montée à l'extrémité du câble coaxial, ladite fiche
comprenant un corps de fiche tubulaire et un contact central destiné à être raccordé au
conducteur central du câble,
l'embase et la fiche étant agencées pour que la fiche puisse être insérée dans l'embase suivant une direction perpendiculaire au plan de la carte de circuit imprimé, caractérisé par le fait que l'embase comporte une partie élastique apte à repousser la fiche vers la carte de circuit imprimé suivant ladite direction de manière à maintenir le contact central de la fiche en appui contre une piste conductrice de la carte de circuit imprimé.
- monter une embase sur la carte de circuit imprimé, notamment par brasage, l'embase comportant une partie élastique,
- monter une extrémité du câble coaxial sur une fiche comportant un corps de fiche et un contact central en reliant le conducteur central du câble à ce contact central et le conducteur externe du câble au corps de fiche par brasage ou sertissage par exemple,
- monter le corps de fiche dans l'embase suivant une direction perpendiculaire au plan de la carte de circuit imprimé, la partie élastique de l'embase se déformant pendant le montage et exerçant à l'issue du montage une force dirigée sensiblement dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan de la carte, maintenant le contact central de la fiche contre une piste conductrice de la carte.

Claims (18)
- Dispositif de raccordement (1 ; 60) d'un câble coaxial (3) à une carte de circuit imprimé (5) comprenant :une embase tubulaire (4 ; 40 ; 61) apte à être fixée à la carte, etune fiche (2 ; 62) apte à être montée à l'extrémité du câble coaxial (3), ladite fiche comprenant un corps de fiche tubulaire (12 ; 65) et un contact central (13) destiné à être raccordé au conducteur central (14) du câble,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le contact central (13) de la fiche (2 ; 62) comporte une protubérance (25 ; 70) venant en appui avec la piste conductrice de la carte de circuit imprimé (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastique (7 ; 41) de l'embase (4 ; 40) est constituée par une pluralité de pattes élastiquement déformables (8 ; 42) délimitées par des fentes (9) réalisées sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de l'embase (4 ; 40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'embase (4 ; 40) présente un rétrécissement de section (10) dans sa partie élastique (7 ; 41).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de fiche (12) comporte une partie centrale cylindrique prolongée à chaque extrémité par une partie tronconique supérieure (24b) présentant une surface d'appui pour les pattes élastiquement déformables, et une partie tronconique inférieure (24a) par laquelle la fiche est engagée dans l'embase, la hauteur de la partie tronconique supérieure (24b) étant de préférence plus grande que celle de la partie tronconique inférieure (24a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastique est constituée par au moins une lame flexible (64) rabattue vers l'intérieur de l'embase (61).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le conducteur central (14) du câble (3) étant relié mécaniquement et électriquement au contact central (13) de la fiche (2) par brasage ou sertissage, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de fiche comporte au moins une ouverture (22) pour le passage d'outils nécessaires aux opérations de brasage ou de sertissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le conducteur externe (17) du câble coaxial (3) étant relié mécaniquement et électriquement au corps de fiche (12) par brasage ou sertissage, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de fiche (12) comporte au moins une ouverture (23) pour le passage d'outils nécessaires aux opérations de brasage ou de sertissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la protubérance (25 ; 70) du contact central de la fiche est rigide.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre la protubérance (25 ; 70) du contact central de la fiche et le corps de fiche, il est prévu d'insérer un manchon isolant (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon isolant est élastiquement déformable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon isolant (30) est réalisé en élastomère, notamment en silicone.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon isolant (30) est réalisé en mousse de polymère.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'un jeu mécanique est prévu entre la protubérance (25 ; 70) du contact central de la fiche et le manchon isolant (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une pièce d'appui (50 ; 51 ; 57) extérieure engagée autour de la partie élastique (7 ; 41) de l'embase (4 ; 40) et maintenant ladite partie élastique au contact du corps de fiche.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce d'appui (50 ; 51) est constituée par un capuchon notamment en polymère.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce d'appui (57) est une bague élastique engagée autour de la partie élastique (7 ; 41) de l'embase.
- Procédé pour raccorder un câble coaxial (3) à une carte de circuit imprimé (5), suivant une direction perpendiculaire au plan de ladite carte, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :monter une embase (4 ; 40 ; 61) sur la carte de circuit imprimé (5), par brasage par exemple, l'embase comportant une partie élastique (7 ; 41 ; 64),monter une extrémité du câble coaxial (3) sur une fiche (2 ; 62) comportant un corps de fiche (12 ; 65) et un contact central (13) en reliant le conducteur central (14) du câble à ce contact central et le conducteur externe (17) du câble au corps de fiche (12 ; 65), par brasage ou sertissage par exemple,monter le corps de fiche (12 ; 65) dans l'embase (4 ; 40 ; 61) suivant une direction perpendiculaire au plan de la carte de circuit imprimé, la partie élastique de l'embase se déformant pendant le montage et exerçant à l'issue du montage une force dirigée sensiblement dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan de la carte de circuit imprimé maintenant le contact central (13) de la fiche contre une piste conductrice de la carte.
