Die Schlauchbildung erfolgt dabei durch überlappendes Falten der Filterpapierbahn und Verschließen mittels einer Längsnaht oder durch Zuführen einer weiteren Filterpapierbahn und Anbringen von zwei Längsnähten. Auf diese Art und Weise wird ein Kammerstrang ausgebildet, der aus nacheinander zusammenhängenden, durch eine Quernaht jeweils geschlossene, ein Substanzquantum enthaltenden Kammern besteht, wobei die Quernaht zugleich die hintere Naht der einen und die vordere Naht der nachfolgenden Kammer ist und eine zwischen den beiden Nähten liegende Perforation umfaßt, an der die Kammern im Verlauf des Verfahrens getrennt werden. Die vereinzelten Kammern werden schließlich an einem Trägermaterial befestigt, das zur Handhabung und Aufhängung des Aufgußbeutels dient. Die in den Figuren 1 bis 5 dargestellte Vorrichtung dient zum kontinuierlichen
Trennen von Kammersträngen zur Herstellung von Aufgußbeuteln zur Bereitung
von Tee. Derartige Kammerstränge bestehen aus nacheinander
zusammenhängenden, durch eine Quernaht jeweils geschlossene, ein
Substanzquantum enthaltenden Kammern, wobei die Quernaht zugleich die
hintere Quernaht der einen und die vordere Naht der nachfolgenden Kammer ist
und eine zwischen den beiden Nähten liegende Perforation umfaßt, an der die
Kammern im Verlauf der Herstellung der Aufgußbeutel getrennt werden. Die
Vorrichtung weist ein kontinuierlich umlaufendes Rad 1 mit über den Umfang
verteilt Ausnehmungen 2 für einzelne Strangabschnitte bildende Kammern eines
Kammerstrangs auf. Seitlich des Rades 1 sind beidseits relativ zum Rad 1
bewegbare Zangen 3 zum Greifen der Längsseiten einer von einem
Kammerstrang zu trennenden Kammer an einer vorbestimmten Position nahe der
Perforation angeordnet, wobei die Kammer durch Relativbewegung der Zangen 3
zum Rad 1 vom Kammerstrang abtrennbar ist. In den Figuren 1 bis 5 ist aus
Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nur ein durch beidseits des Rades 1 angeordnete

11 bzw. 11' gezogen wird und so der Zange 3 die durch die Kurve 11 bzw. 11'
vorgegebene Schwenkbewegung um den Lagerbolzen 5 ausführt. Die Kurven 11
bzw. 11' weisen auf ihrer Außenseite bzw. ihrer Innenseite Vorsprünge bzw.
Ausnehmungen 13 auf, welche über die Rolle 12 die beschleunigte
Schwenkbewegung der Zangen 3 in Umlaufrichtung U erzeugen.The
Die Zangen 3 weisen jeweils eine zum Schließen der Zange 3 in Radialrichtung
des Rades 1 verschwenkbare Oberbacke 6 und eine feststehende Unterbacke 7
auf. Zum Schließen der Zange 3 ist die Oberbacke 6 über eine Kurvensteuerung
verschwenkbar. Die Oberbacke 6 der Zange 3 ist dazu mit einem L-förmigen
Winkel 15 verbunden, welcher um ein Lager 14 verschwenkbar gelagert ist und mit
einer Kurvenrolle 9 verbunden ist. Die Kurvenrolle 9 der Zange 3 wird über eine
Kurve 8 geführt, die senkrecht zur Radialrichtung und senkrecht zur
Umlaufrichtung U des Rades 1 einen Vorsprung bzw. eine Ausnehmung 10
aufweist. Bei Vorbeiführen der Kurvenrolle 9 an diesem Vorsprung bzw. dieser
Ausnehmung wird die Oberbacke 6 über den Winkel 15 in Radialrichtung
verschwenkt und kann so eine Kammer eines Kammerstrangs von den
Längsseiten der Kammer her greifen. Zum Zurückführen der Schwenkbewegung
der Oberbacke 6 bzw. des Winkels 14 ist letzterer mit einer Rückstellfeder 16
verbunden. Die Greifbewegung der Zange 3 wird über die Kurvenrolle 9 und die
seitlich der Kurvenrolle ausgebildete Kurve 8 derart gesteuert, daß in
Umlaufrichtung U des Rades 1 vordere Zangen 3 die abzutrennende Kammer
eines Kammerstrangs greifen, bevor die in Umlaufrichtung U nachfolgenden
Zangen die nachfolgende Kammer greifen. Die Kurvensteuerung für die
Greifbewegung ist dabei mit der Kurvensteuerung für die
Beschleunigungsbewegung der Zangen in Umlaufrichtung des Rades derart
abgestimmt, daß die vorderen Zangen 3 in Umlaufrichtung des Rades 1
beschleunigt werden, wenn die hinteren Zangen die nachfolgende Kammer des
Kammerstrangs greifen.The
Wie anhand von Figur 4 zu erkennen, sind die über den Umfang des Rades 1
verteilten Ausnehmungen 2 zur Aufnahme einer Kammer eines Kammerstrangs
ausgebildet. Dabei weisen die Ausnehmungen 2 in Umlaufrichtung U
Begrenzungen 4 auf. Aneinander angrenzende Ausnehmungen 2 teilen sich dabei
jeweils eine Begrenzung 4, die in radialer Richtung einen sich trapezförmig
verjüngenden Querschnitt aufweist. Weiter weisen die Ausnehmungen 2 jeweils
neun Bohrungen 17 auf, über welche eine Kammer eines Kammerstrangs
wahlweise durch Ansaugung mittels Unterdruck in der Ausnehmungen 2 fixierbar
oder durch Herausblasen mittels Überdruck aus der Ausnehmungen 2
herausdrückbar ist. Die Bohrungen 17 der Ausnehmungen 2 sind dabei über einen
Druckluftanschluß 17 mit Unterdruck bzw. Überdruck beaufschlagbar. In Figur 4 ist
der Druckluftanschluß 18 für die Unterdruck- bzw. Überdruckbeaufschlagung

Vorrichtung erlaubt dabei hohe Maschinentaktzahlen, so daß sich 800 bis 1.500
