Claims (6)
- Disjoncteur comportant, dans une enveloppe (1) remplie d'un gaz diélectrique sous pression, un ensemble mobile comprenant un premier tube (2), dit tube de manoeuvre, un second tube (3), coaxial au premier tube et l'entourant, ledit premier tube et ledit second tube étant reliés l'un à l'autre par une couronne (4) percée d'ouvertures (20) et équipée d'un clapet (21) et constituant un piston mobile séparant une chambre de compression (6) d'une chambre de soufflage (7), ledit premier tube (2) étant situé du côté de la chambre de compression et son extrémité venant se relier à ladite couronne (4), un support de contact d'arc (5), mobile, étant situé du côté de la chambre de soufflage et étant fixé rigidement, sans degré de liberté, à ladite couronne, caractérisé en ce que ladite couronne (4), ayant un alésage de diamètre D, possède, à une distance x de sa face (14) située du côté de ladite chambre de compression (6), une gorge (15) de profondeur h et de largeur 1, l'extrémité dudit premier tube (2), du côté où il est relié à ladite couronne (4), comportant n interruptions de matière (11), sur une longueur axiale L laissant dépasser n griffes (12), l'extrémité d'au moins l'une des griffes comportant une collerette (13) venant se loger dans ladite gorge (15) de ladite couronne (4), ladite couronne comportant un ou des passages (16) correspondant angulairement aux griffes (12) comportant une dite collerette (13) et permettant l'introduction axiale de la collerette, ou des collerettes, jusqu'au droit de ladite gorge (15) puis la rotation du tube (2) de façon à faire pénétrer la ou les collerettes (13), dans les portions de gorge (15) restantes, en ce que ledit support de contact d'arc (5), tubulaire, comporte n interruptions de matière (16) et n griffes (17), complémentaires de celles dudit premier tube (2), les griffes (17) dudit support de contact d'arc (5) venant s'intercaler et combler les interruptions de matière (11) situées entre les griffes (12) dudit premier tube (2).
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de chaque griffe (12) dudit premier tube (2) comporte une dite collerette (13).
- Disjoncteur selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit tube (2) et ledit support de contact d'arc (5) comportent chacun deux griffes (12, 17).
- Disjoncteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit support de contact d'arc (5) comporte, à une distance I1 du fond des interruptions de matière, un anneau (18) de diamètre externe D1 venant en butée contre ladite couronne, des moyens étant prévus pour constituer une gorge (22, 26), dans laquelle vient se loger un clapet (21) contre la face (24), côté chambre de soufflage, de ladite couronne (4).
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite fixation rigide dudit support de contact d'arc (5) à ladite couronne (4) est faite par pénétration à force de l'extrémité de longueur I1 allant dudit anneau (18) jusqu'au fond desdites interruptions de matière, dans l'alésage de diamètre D de ladite couronne (4), le diamètre extérieur des griffes (17) étant tel qu'elles pénètrent dans cet alésage librement, lesdits moyens pour constituer ladite gorge (22) dans laquelle vient se loger un clapet (21) comprenant une portée d'appui (19) appartenant à ladite couronne, de diamètre interne D et de diamètre externe D2 tel que D1>D2>D, contre laquelle vient s'appuyer ledit anneau.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite fixation rigide dudit support de contact d'arc (5) à ladite couronne (4) est faite par vissage dudit anneau (18) contre la face (24), côté chambre de soufflage, de ladite couronne (4), la partie périphérique dudit anneau comportant, du côté où l'anneau s'applique contre ladite face, une portée de réception (27) dudit clapet (21) formant ainsi ladite gorge (26).
