Abstract

A ceiling-embedded type air conditioner, wherein an air inlet (15) and an air outlet (16) opening during cooling or heating operation are provided in a decorative panel (14) at the bottom of the air conditioner (1) facing an indoor space, a horizontal vane (18) is provided capable of guiding the supply direction of the conditioned air from the air outlet (16) to approx. 45?or less relative to the lower surface of a ceiling board (70) by vertically changing the air supply direction, and straightening plates (19, 19, ---) are disposed on the front surface (18a) of the long horizontal vane (18) along the entire length in longitudinal direction at specified intervals so as to straighten the conditioned air flow to a two-dimensional flow along a vertical plane.
