For example, the one shown in FIG. 3 is known. This air conditioner is suspended from a ceiling slab (not shown) by suspension bolts 31 and 31 and a main body 11 that is installed in the ceiling back 33 facing the opening 32a of the ceiling 32 and a central portion that communicates with the inside of the main body 11. The panel 12 is fixed to the main body 11 so as to close the gap between the main body 11 and the ceiling opening edge 32a. The main body 11 has a lower surface whose center line is aligned with the center line of the main body 11 and has a blower outlet 11 on the main body side.
a is provided, and the refrigerant pipe 15 and the drain hose 16 project from the right side surface. And these pipes 15, 16
Since a space for connection work is required, the space between the main body 11 and the ceiling opening edge 32a is, as shown in FIG.
The right side is wider than the left side and therefore the body 1
The protruding length of the panel 12 from 1 is longer on the right side than on the left side. Therefore, when the air outlet (17) is provided in the panel 12 with the same width as the air outlet 11a on the main body side, the air outlet (17) is symmetrical with respect to the center line that bisects the long side of the panel 12. However, when it is viewed as an interior, it lacks design and aesthetics.

As shown in FIG. 5, the opening having the same width as the air outlet 11a on the main body side is formed as the actual opening 17, and the opening connected to the left end is closed with a short blind plate so as to be lowered further to form the dummy opening 18a. , The opening extending to the right end is similarly closed by a long blind plate to form the dummy opening 18b, and the actual opening 17
The dummy openings 18a, 18b form the panel-side air outlet 14 which is symmetrical with respect to the center line of the panel 12. As shown in FIG. 4 (A), horizontal blades 19 having substantially the same width as the outlets 14 are inserted into the pair of outlets 14 extending along the long sides of the panel 12. Shafts 20, 20 projecting from the ends of the left and right short sides
Is inserted into the hole of the panel corresponding to the inner corner of the blowout port 14, and the direction of the blown air is changed by the swingable horizontal blade 19. The panel 12 is fixed to the main body 11 by a screw inserted into a mounting hole 21 provided in a blind plate of the dummy openings 18a and 18b.

As described above, the conditioned cold air blown out from the actual opening 17 wraps around above the blind plate of the dummy opening, and the inner surface 1 of the horizontal blade 19
It flows while weakening toward both ends along only 9a. That is, in the actual opening 17 of the blowout port 14, the conditioned cold air having a strong flow forms a so-called jump base 22 having a rectifying action at the upper edge of the inner long side of the blowout port, as shown in FIG. 4 (B). Also, it flows along the outer surface 19b of the horizontal blade 19 through the narrow gap between the horizontal blade and the upper edge, but in the dummy openings 18a and 18b of the blowout port 14, harmony cold air is generated. As the flow becomes weaker, the conditioned cold air can no longer flow along the outer surface 19b of the horizontal blade 19 through the narrow gap, as shown in FIG. 4 (C).
Therefore, at both ends of the horizontal blade 19, only the inner surface 19a is cooled by the conditioned cold air, and the dew condensation 23 occurs on the outer surfaces 19b at both ends.
There is a problem that occurs.

Dummy openings having different widths are provided with standing side ribs.On the both sides of the inner surface of the horizontal blade, the panel ribs at the one end and the other end when the horizontal blade is installed in the air outlet in the forward direction are provided. A total of four blade-side ribs, which are a pair of ribs adjacent to each other and a pair of ribs adjacent to the panel-side ribs at the one end and the other end when the horizontal blade is installed in the outlet in the opposite direction, are erected. ing. Therefore, when the horizontal blades are installed in the forward direction on the panel-side outlet along one side of the panel, the conditioned cold air blown out through the actual opening is connected to the panel-side ribs at one end and the other end of the actual opening. , And is shielded by a pair of blade-side ribs provided upright on the horizontal blades so as to face them. When this horizontal blade is installed in the opposite direction and installed on the panel side outlet along the other side of the panel, the conditioned cold air blown out through the actual opening is the panel at one end and the other end of the actual opening. It is blocked by the side ribs and a pair of blade-side ribs that are erected on the horizontal blades so as to face them. Therefore, the harmonious cold air hardly flows toward both ends of the horizontal blade,
Therefore, only the inner surfaces of the both ends of the horizontal blade are not cooled by the conditioned cold air, so that dew condensation does not occur on the outer surfaces of both ends of the horizontal blade. In addition, since the horizontal blades can be attached to both of the panel side air outlets in the opposite directions to prevent dew condensation, the horizontal blades are versatile and contribute to the reduction of manufacturing cost.

とができる。In the above embodiment having six ribs at the outlet, when the horizontal blades 19 are installed in the panel-side outlet 14 in the positive direction as shown in FIG. 2, the conditioned cold air blown out from the actual opening 17 is As described with reference to FIG. 1, it is blocked by the panel-side ribs 1 and 2 at one end and the other end of the actual opening 17, and the blade-side ribs 3 and 4 facing these. On the other hand, horizontal blade 19
2 is mounted on the panel side outlet on the side opposite to that shown in FIG. 2, the conditioned cold air is blocked by the panel side ribs 1 and 2 and the blade side ribs 6 and 5 facing them. Therefore, even if the horizontal blades 19 are attached to any of the pair of panel side outlets 14 and 14 (see FIG. 3B) along the opposite sides of the panel, the conditioned cold air blown out from the actual opening 17 is horizontal. There is almost no flow toward both ends of the blades 19, and therefore, only the inner surfaces 19a at both ends of the horizontal blades 19 are not cooled by the conditioned cold air, so that no condensation occurs on the outer surfaces of both ends of the horizontal blades. Since the horizontal blades 19 of this embodiment can be attached to any of the pair of panel side outlets 14 and 14 by reversing the direction, the versatility is high and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

に結露が生じるのを防止できる。As is apparent from the above description, in the air conditioner of the present invention, the panel side outlet of the panel communicates with the body side outlet of the main body, and at least the actual opening. It consists of a dummy opening that is closed by a blind plate at one end, and a panel-side rib is erected along the boundary edge of this dummy opening with the actual opening, while the panel-side air outlet is substantially The horizontal blades inserted with the same width and pivotally attached to the panel have blade-side ribs standing upright in the vicinity of the surface facing the panel-side ribs, so that these ribs blow out from the actual opening. It is possible to prevent the conditioned cold air from wrapping around to the dummy opening side, and to prevent dew condensation on the outer surfaces of both ends of the horizontal blade. In addition, a pair of panel-side outlets are provided along opposite sides of the panel, and panel-side ribs are provided upright at the boundary edges of one end and the other end of the actual opening of each panel-side outlet, and the widths are different from each other. While each dummy opening is provided,
On both sides of the inner surface of the horizontal blade, a pair of ribs adjacent to the panel ribs at the one end and the other end when the horizontal blade is attached to the outlet in the forward direction, and the horizontal blade in the opposite direction and the blowing on the opposite side. If a total of four blade-side ribs consisting of a pair of ribs adjacent to the panel-side ribs at the one end and the other end when installed at the outlet are installed upright, the horizontal blade can be attached to either of the pair of panel-side outlets. Even so, the conditioned cold air blown out from the actual opening can be prevented from wrapping around to the side of the dummy opening by the two panel-side ribs and the four blade-side ribs, which is a versatile and inexpensive structure. Therefore, it is possible to prevent dew condensation on outer surfaces of both ends of the horizontal blade.
