Definitions
- the invention relates to a method according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- the angular velocity of the package is continuously detected and processed in a control device such that when or shortly before reaching an image development zone, the angular velocity of the package by a defined setting of the contact pressure with which the package rests on the thread guide drum on a uncritical angular velocity is lowered.
- An advantageous device for performing this method is also shown in DE 198 29 597 A1 and explained in detail.
- Cross-wound bobbins using the procedure described above manufactured are characterized by a clear improved image resolution as well as in downstream Production processes through a very good process behavior too at high unwinding speeds.
- the Invention based on the object, a method or to create a device that enables To produce cross-wound bobbins, in which the outer Appearance corresponds to their high manufacturing quality.
- the method according to the invention has the particular advantage that in the image winding zones by an image interference process stroke change occurring during thread laying through the simultaneous initiation of a relative movement between Thread guide drum and bobbin frame is compensated immediately.
- the stroke losses occurring due to the image disturbance method during thread laying can be compensated in a simple manner by oscillation of the axially displaceably mounted thread guide drum with an adjustable amplitude. It is thereby ensured that the cross-wound bobbins produced have neither rings nor other visual impairments on their coil flanks.
- both the frequency and the amplitude of the oscillation of the thread guide drum is of great importance for a perfect bobbin flank of the cheese. Since both the frequency and the optimal amplitude of the oscillation depend on different spool parameters, for example the thread material, the spool hardness etc., both the frequency and the amplitude of the oscillation can preferably be set in a defined manner.
- the frequency of the oscillation is usually relative low and is, for example, between 0.1 and 3 Hertz, about 0.5 Hertz being particularly advantageous have highlighted.
- the amplitude should be chosen so that it is safe is that the one caused by the image disturbance Stroke loss in thread maneuvering is approximately compensated.
- Thread guide drum oscillation an overlay of these Edge laying movement instead. That is, the amplitude of the 'normal' edge-laying movement is reduced by the amplitude of the Thread guide drum oscillation increased.
- FIG. 1 shows a winding unit housing 2 of a work station of an automatic winder, identified overall by the reference number 1.
- the work station 1 has devices for carrying out an image disturbance method, a 'normal' edge laying and a thread guide drum oscillation according to the invention. That is, a thread guide drum 3 is axially displaceably mounted in the bobbin case 2 of the work station 1 and is driven by an electric motor 27. The thread guide drum 3 in turn drives a cheese 4 via friction.
- the cheese 4 is held in a coil frame 5, the is rotatably connected to a pivot axis 6.
- the Pivot axis 6 is parallel to the axis of the Thread guide drum 3 arranged and limited pivotable on Spool housing 2 mounted, as indicated by the arrow S is indicated.
- the coil frame 5 has, as usual, two coil arms 7 and 8, which are provided with rotatably mounted bobbins. A sleeve is held between the spool plates, onto which a thread 33 is wound to form a cheese 4. At least one of the coil arms 7, 8 is not shown in FIG shown way together with the spool plate to the side of the cheese can be swung away, so that a full cheese from removed from the coil frame 5 and inserted an empty sleeve can be.
- a torque sensor designed as a coil frame lifting device 22 acts on the pivot axis 6 of the coil frame 5.
- This torque transmitter has, inter alia, a connecting disk 9 which is connected to the swivel axis 6 in a rotationally fixed manner and a gearwheel 10 which is rotatably mounted coaxially to the swivel axis 6.
- the connecting disk 9 is provided with connecting bolts 11 which point to the gear 10.
- Corresponding connecting bolts 12 are provided on the gear 10.
- identical spring elements 13 in the form of helical springs are switched on as transmission elements, which are deformed in opposite directions when the gear 10 and the connecting plate 9 are rotated relative to one another.
- the rotatably mounted gear 10 meshes with a pinion 14 of a reduction gear, the outer ring 15 of which is connected to a stepping motor 17 via a drive pinion 16. Since the drive pinion 16, the outer ring 15 and the pinion 14 are rotatably mounted on the winding unit housing 2, any rotational movement of the stepping motor 17 fixed on the winding unit housing 2, for example in a ratio of 1:25, can be transmitted to the gearwheel 10 via the reduction gear.
- the stepper motor 17, which is designed, for example, for individual steps of approximately 1.8 degrees, is controlled via a winding station computer 18 and is thus able to carry out a predetermined number of revolutions or a predetermined number of individual steps which generate a torque on the coil frame 5 via which the contact pressure of the package 4 on the thread guide drum 3 is adjustable.
- an image winding zone that is, an area in which the speed of the thread guide drum is, for example, an integer multiple of the speed of the package when the drive is non-slip
- a slip control causing an image disturbance occurs. That is, the speed of the cheese 4 is reduced from an instantaneous speed, predetermined by the cheese diameter, to an adjustable, lower speed.
- the reduction in the speed of the cheese 4 to a lower speed and the exact retention of this lower speed takes place in that the cheese 4 on the one hand, for example via a coil brake 20, which is connected to the winding station computer 18 via a signal line 21, with a applied constant braking torque, and on the other hand the contact pressure with which the package 4 rests on the thread guide drum 3 is reduced by a defined lifting of the bobbin frame 5.
- the desired speed of the cheese 4 can be adjusted exactly by increasing or decreasing this contact pressure.
- image wrap can be avoided by by means of the stepping motor 17, the gear 10 in a position is twisted, the calculated contact pressure of the Cross-wound bobbin 4 on the thread guide drum 3 corresponds.
- the Control of the contact pressure as a function of the coil travel Cheese or the cheese diameter Adjustment of the stepper motor 17 takes place in the Reel station computer 18 using a control program.
- Such a control program calculates the required Position of the stepper motor 17, expressed in positive or negative steps, for example due to the Sensor data described above, the winding unit computer during the entire coil travel.
- the thread guide drum 3, which is driven by a reversible electric motor 27, is, as already indicated at the beginning, axially displaceable and can be acted upon by an edge laying mechanism 28.
- an edge laying mechanism is known and, for example, is explained in some detail in DE 43 36 312 A1.
- the edge laying mechanism 28 consists essentially of a stepper motor 29, which via a control line 37 with the Bobbin computer 18 is connected, an eccentric 30 and a lever element 31 which on the drive shaft 32 Thread guide drum 3 acts. That is, depending on The adjustment angle of the stepping motor 29 becomes the eccentric 30 twisted, preferably as a double lever trained lever element 31 pivoted, which in turn, for example against the force of a (not shown) Spring element, the drive shaft 32 and thus the Thread guide drum 3 moves axially.
- the above-described edge laying mechanism 28 has been modified by software to carry out the method according to the invention in such a way that the stepper motor 29 is now not only continuously rotating and drivable, as is customary for the standard edge laying, but that the stepping motor 29 can be operated alternately and by predeterminable angular degrees.
- the eccentricity of the eccentric is preferably chosen so that both the max. Amplitude of the 'normal' edge laying movement as well as the max. The amplitude of the thread guide drum oscillation can be covered.
- a thread 33 drawn off from a feed bobbin (not shown) is spooled into a large-volume cheese 4.
- the thread 33 is checked for possible thread defects during the rewinding by a thread cleaner (not shown) and cleaned if necessary.
- the cleaned thread 33 is then wound up by a thread guide drum 3 in intersecting layers on a sleeve rotatably mounted in the bobbin frame 5. That is, the thread guide drum 3, in the thread guide groove 36 of which the thread 33 slides, drives the sleeve or the cross-wound bobbin 4, which, supported in a bobbin frame 5, rests on the thread guide drum 3 with a specifiable contact pressure.
- a slip control which generates an image disturbance is activated via the winding unit computer 18. That is, both the coil frame lifting device 22 and the coil brake 20 are switched on.
- the bobbin frame lifting device 22 ensures that the contact pressure of the package 4 on the thread guide drum 3 is reduced, which leads to a reduction in the speed of the package and thus to the occurrence of slippage between the package 4 and the thread guide drum 3.
- the rotational speed of the cheese 4 is thereby reduced to a value that is not critical for the present cheese diameter.
- the edge laying mechanism 28 is activated at the same time in the manner according to the invention. That is, the stepping motor 29 is controlled via the winding unit computer 18 in such a way that it rotates back and forth alternately, in each case by an adjustable angle of rotation, and thereby via an eccentric 30 and the lever element 31 the bearing shaft 32 and thus the thread guide drum 3, as in FIG 2 indicated by the double arrow 36, oscillates.
- the thread guide drum oscillation 36 according to the invention takes place either in addition to the "normal” operation of the edge laying mechanism (28) or even when the "normal" edge laying mechanism (28) of the winding station concerned is not switched on. If the thread guide drum oscillation 36 according to the invention is carried out in addition to the 'normal' operation of the edge laying mechanism (28), the amplitudes of the two aforementioned axial thread guide drum movements are at least partially superimposed.
- the thread guide drum oscillation according to the invention ensures in any case that only high-quality packages are produced both in terms of the running behavior and in terms of appearance. This means that the cross-wound bobbins produced by the method according to the invention always have flawless bobbin flanks without grooves or the like.

Abstract
Description
Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of
Such methods or the associated ones Devices for performing such methods are in State of the art in connection with automatic winding machines.
In der DE 43 36 312 A1 ist beispielsweise eine Spulstelle
eines Kreuzspulautomaten beschrieben, die eine axial
verschiebbar gelagerte Fadenführungstrommel besitzt.
Die Fadenführungstrommel ist dabei mit einer Antriebswelle
verbunden, die auch den Rotor der Spulenantriebseinrichtung
aufweist.
axial changiert werden kann.DE 43 36 312 A1, for example, describes a winding unit of an automatic winder which has an axially displaceably mounted thread guide drum.
The thread guide drum is connected to a drive shaft which also has the rotor of the bobbin drive device.
Furthermore, the known winding device has an edge laying mechanism by means of which the thread guide drum can be axially shifted with a constant stroke width if required.
werden.DE 198 29 597 A1 describes a method for producing cross-wound bobbins according to the "wild winding" type of winding.
To avoid image winding, the contact pressure of the package on the thread guide drum can be reduced and the package can be subjected to a braking torque at the same time.
That is, in this known method, the angular velocity of the package is continuously detected and processed in a control device such that when or shortly before reaching an image development zone, the angular velocity of the package by a defined setting of the contact pressure with which the package rests on the thread guide drum on a uncritical angular velocity is lowered.
An advantageous device for performing this method is also shown in DE 198 29 597 A1 and explained in detail.
Cross-wound bobbins using the procedure described above manufactured are characterized by a clear improved image resolution as well as in downstream Production processes through a very good process behavior too at high unwinding speeds.
Reducing the bearing force of the package on the Thread guide drum leads in the image winding zones however, to a slight impairment of the visual Appearance of such packages.
That is, due to the reduction in the tracking power in the Image winding zones can become one in these areas slight reduction in the laying width of the by the Thread guide drum of changeable thread come what the Coil flanks of the cheese are visible as rings.
Starting from the aforementioned prior art, the Invention based on the object, a method or to create a device that enables To produce cross-wound bobbins, in which the outer Appearance corresponds to their high manufacturing quality.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Verfahren
gelöst, das die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 aufweist.According to the invention, this object is achieved by a method
solved, which has the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the method according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims, which are also a device describe how to perform the procedure.
The method according to the invention has the particular advantage that in the image winding zones by an image interference process stroke change occurring during thread laying through the simultaneous initiation of a relative movement between Thread guide drum and bobbin frame is compensated immediately.
As stated in
It is thereby ensured that the cross-wound bobbins produced have neither rings nor other visual impairments on their coil flanks.
bewirkenden Schlupfregelung erfolgt.As stated in
That means as soon as the drive device for the Bobbin frame lifting device by the winding unit computer in the Meaning "reduce contact pressure" is applied the drive for axial displacement, i.e. to Oscillation of the thread guide drum activated.
Oszillation definiert einstellbar.As indicated in
Since both the frequency and the optimal amplitude of the oscillation depend on different spool parameters, for example the thread material, the spool hardness etc., both the frequency and the amplitude of the oscillation can preferably be set in a defined manner.
The frequency of the oscillation is usually relative low and is, for example, between 0.1 and 3 Hertz, about 0.5 Hertz being particularly advantageous have highlighted.
Because the magnitude of the amplitude of the oscillation for later Appearance of the coil flank of the cheese of great importance the amplitude should be chosen so that it is safe is that the one caused by the image disturbance Stroke loss in thread maneuvering is approximately compensated.
Wie in den Ansprüchen 6 beziehungsweise 7 dargelegt, erfolgt
die erfindungsgemäße Fadenführungstrommel-Oszillation
unabhängig davon, ob die 'normale` Kantenverlegeeinrichtung
der betreffenden Spulstelle eingeschaltet ist oder nicht. As set out in
Kantenverlege-Bewegung statt. Das heißt, die Amplitude der
,normalen' Kantenverlege-Bewegung wird um die Amplitude der
Fadenführungstrommel-Oszillation vergrößert.If, as described in
As stated in
Further details of the invention are as follows based on the drawings embodiment shown removable.

Antriebsritzel 16 mit einem Schrittmotor 17 verbunden ist. Da

That is, image wrap can be avoided by

Die Fadenführungstrommel 3, die von einem reversierbaren
Elektromotor 27 angetrieben wird, ist, wie eingangs bereits
angedeutet, axial verschiebbar gelagert und durch einen
Kantenverlegemechanismus 28 beaufschlagbar.
Ein solcher Kantenverlegemechanismus ist bekannt und
beispielsweise in der DE 43 36 312 A1 relativ ausführlich
erläutert.The
Such an edge laying mechanism is known and, for example, is explained in some detail in DE 43 36 312 A1.

in beiden Richtungen definiert einstellbar.
The above-described
This means that the adjustment angle of the stepping
The eccentricity of the eccentric is preferably chosen so that both the max. Amplitude of the 'normal' edge laying movement as well as the max. The amplitude of the thread guide drum oscillation can be covered.
dargestellten) Vorlegespule (Spinnkops) abgezogener Faden 33
During the winding process, a

Schlupfregelung aktiviert.
Das heißt, es wird sowohl die Spulenrahmen-Anhebeeinrichtung
22 als auch die Spulenbremse 20
zugeschaltet.
vorliegenden Kreuzspulendurchmesser unkritischen Wert
abgesenkt.When the

Since the reduction of the contact pressure also leads to a small stroke loss during thread laying, the

Durch diese Fadenführungstrommel-Oszillation 36, deren
Frequenz und Amplitude durch entsprechendes Ansteuern des
Schrittmotors 29 einstellbar ist, werden die bei der
Fadenchangierung aufgrund des geringeren Auflagedruckes der
Kreuzspule 4 entstehenden Hubverluste sofort ausgeglichen.Through this thread
Wie vorstehend bereits angedeutet, erfolgt die
erfindungsgemäße Fadenführungstrommel-Oszillation 36 dabei
entweder zusätzlich zum ,normalen' Betrieb des
Kantenverlegemechanismus (28) oder auch dann, wenn der
,normale` Kantenverlegemechanismus (28) der betreffenden
Spulstelle nicht eingeschaltet ist.
Wenn die erfindungsgemäße Fadenführungstrommel-Oszillation 36
zusätzlich zum ,normalen' Betrieb des Kantenverlegemechanismus
(28) erfolgt, kommt es, wenigstens teilweise, zu einer
Überlagerung der Amplituden der beiden vorgenannten, axialen
Fadenführungstrommel-Bewegungen.As already indicated above, the thread

hergestellten Kreuzspulen weisen in jedem Fall makellose
Spulenflanken ohne Rillen oder dergleichen auf.The thread guide drum oscillation according to the invention ensures in any case that only high-quality packages are produced both in terms of the running behavior and in terms of appearance.
This means that the cross-wound bobbins produced by the method according to the invention always have flawless bobbin flanks without grooves or the like.
