Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein tieftemperaturtaugliches Hochspannungsisolationssystem, welches neben einer Kühlflüssigkeit (3) einen Feststoffisolator (2) auf der Basis eines Zellulosegewebes (20) umfasst. Der Feststoffisolator (2) wird vorzugsweise in Form von Pressplatten eingesetzt und mit einem Polymerharz (21) imprägniert. Er weist bei 77 K eine hohe Teilentladungsfeldstärke auf, zudem ist sein thermischer Ausdehnungskoeffizient optimal auf denjenigen von keramischen Hochtemperatursupraleitern abgestimmt. Die Pressplatten können in trockenem Zustand verformt, insbesondere zu Spulenkörpern, und alternierend mit Baumwollgeweben zu Laminaten beliebiger Dicke zusammengesetzt werden.
