Claims (15)

  1. Tragbare Zerstäubungsvorrichtung mit aufrechterhaltenem Druck, mit einem Tank (1) für eine zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit, mit einer Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (2), die in dem Tank untergebracht ist und eine Pumpe (3) mit Zylinder und Kolben umfaßt, wobei eines der Teile Zylinder (8) und Kolben (9) über einen Mechanismus (52) von der Außenseite des Tanks her von Hand betätigt werden kann, um in dem Tank enthaltene Flüssigkeit anzusaugen und diese in eine Luftglocke (4) zu fördern, die axial mit dem Zylinder der Pumpe ausgerichtet und mit einem Auslaßrohr (41) für die unter Druck stehende Flüssigkeit, die in der Luftglocke enthalten ist, versehen ist, sowie mit einem Flüssigkeitsspritzorgan, das über einen biegsamen Schlauch mit dem Auslaßrohr der Luftglocke verbunden ist, wobei eines der Teile Zylinder (8) und Kolben (9) der Pumpe lösbar in einer oberen Öffnung (5) des Tanks (1) gehaltert und befestigt ist, das andere der Teile Zylinder (8) und Kolben (9) der Pumpe (3) nach außen aus dem Tank (1) vorsteht und mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus der Pumpe (3) verbunden ist, die Luftglocke (4) unter der Pumpe (3) angeordnet ist und diese in Richtung zum Boden (33) des Tanks hin verlängert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftglocke (4) aus einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper (23) gebildet ist, dessen unteres Ende verschlossen und dessen oberes Ende offen und mit demjenigen der Teile Kolben (9) und Zylinder (8) der Pumpe (3) luft- und flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist, das in der oberen Öffnung (5) des Tanks (1) gehaltert und befestigt ist, und daß das Auslaßrohr (41) der Luftglocke (4) nahe dem unteren, geschlossenen Ende der Luftglocke angeordnet ist.
  2. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Öffnung (5) des Tanks (1) durch einen zylindrischen Hals festgelegt ist, der mit einem Gewinde (14) versehen ist.
  3. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Hals (5) des Tanks (1) einen Sitz (13) für den Zylinder (8) der Pumpe (3) aufweist, daß dieser Zylinder durch eine Bodenwand (11) an seinem unteren Ende geschlossen und an seinem oberen Ende offen sowie an dieser Stelle mit einem äußeren Kragen (12) versehen ist, der auf dem Sitz (13) des zylindrischen Halses (5) des Tanks aufliegt, und daß ein Schraubdeckel (15) das obere, offene Ende des Zylinders (8) der Pumpe (3) verschließt und in seiner Mitte eine Führungsmuffe (17) für den Schaft (18) des Kolbens (9) der Pumpe (3) umfaßt.
  4. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewinde (14) des zylindrischen Halses (5) ein Außengewinde ist, und daß der Schraubdeckel (15) in Form einer Kappe mit Innengewinde auf das Gewinde (14) des zylindrischen Halses (5) aufgeschraubt ist und den äußeren Kragen (12) des Zylinders (8) der Pumpe (3) in Anlage gegen den Sitz (13) des zylindrischen Halses hält.
  5. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (8) der Pumpe (3) an seinem oberen Ende ein Gewinde umfaßt, das auf oder in das Gewinde des zylindrischen Halses (5) auf- bzw. eingeschraubt ist, und daß der Schraubdeckel (15) auf oder in ein anderes Gewinde auf- bzw. eingeschraubt ist, das am oberen Ende des Zylinders (8) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (9) der Pumpe (3) auf oder in das Gewinde (14) des zylindrischen Halses (5) des Tanks auf- bzw. eingeschraubt ist, und daß der Zylinder (8) der Pumpe (3) die Form einer zylindrischen Glocke aufweist, die den Kolben (9) und einen Teil des zylindrischen Halses überdeckt.
  7. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Teile Kolben (9) und Bodenwand (11) des Zylinders (8) der Pumpe eine Einlaßöffnung (24) und eine Förderöffnung (25) umfaßt, in denen ein Ansaugventil (28) bzw. ein Förderventil (29) angeordnet sind, und daß ein Ansaugrohr (31) dicht mit der Einlaßöffnung (24) verbunden ist, in Längsrichtung nach unten in der Luftglocke (4) verläuft, in dichter Weise durch eine im unteren, geschlossenen Ende der Luftglocke gelegene Öffnung hindurchläuft und über das untere, geschlossene Ende hinaus durch ein Tauchrohr (32) verlängert ist, dessen unteres Ende sich nahe dem Boden (33) des Tanks (1) befindet.
  8. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Förderrohr (37) dicht mit der Förderöffnung (25) verbunden ist und in Längsrichtung nach unten in der Luftglocke (4), bis nahe deren unterem, geschlossenen Ende, verläuft.
  9. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tank (1) eine Öffnung (43) umfaßt, in der eine Schlauchverbindung (44) in dichter Weise befestigt ist, und daß ein Abziehrohr (51) über eines seiner Enden mit dem Auslaßrohr (41) und über sein anderes Ende mit einem inneren Ende (45) der Schlauchverbindung (44) verbunden ist, und daß der biegsame Schlauch mit einem äußeren Ende (46) der Schlauchverbindung (44) verbunden ist.
  10. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Öffnung (5) des Tanks (1) nahe einer ersten vertikalen Seitenwand (39) des Tanks so angeordnet ist, daß die Pumpe (3) und die Luftglocke (4) vertikal an der ersten vertikalen Seitenwand entlanglaufen, und daß die Öffnung (43) in einer zweiten vertikalen Seitenwand (42) des Tanks, die der ersten Wand (39) gegenüberliegt, nahe dem Boden (33) des Tanks ausgebildet ist.
  11. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (3), die Luftglocke (4), das Abziehrohr (51) und die Schlauchverbindung (44) eine vorgefertigte Untereinheit bilden, die in den Tank (1) durch dessen obere Öffnung (5) hindurch eingebracht werden kann.
  12. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tank (1) in seinem oberen Teil eine große Flüssigkeitseinfüllöffnung (6) umfaßt, durch welche die Schlauchverbindung (44) von Hand ergriffen werden kann, um von der Innenseite des Tanks her in dessen Öffnung (43) eingeführt zu werden.
  13. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus (52) der Pumpe aus einem Betätigungshebel (53) besteht, der mit einer ersten horizontalen Achse (53a), die drehbar in einem Lager (55) montiert ist, das im unteren Teil des Tanks (1) an diesem befestigt ist, und mit einem Glied (54) fest verbunden ist, das im wesentlichen vertikal an einer vertikalen Seitenwand (39) des Tanks entlangläuft und dessen unteres Ende über eine zweite, horizontale Achse (54a) an dem Betätigungshebel (53) angelenkt ist, während sein oberes Ende über eine dritte, horizontale Achse (54b) am oberen Ende eines der Teile Kolbenschaft (18) und Zylinder (8) der Pumpe (3) angelenkt ist.
  14. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (53) und die erste horizontale Achse (53a) einstückig in Form eines Schaftes oder eines im wesentlichen L-förmig gebogenen Zylinderrohrs ausgebildet sind.

Zerstäubungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glied (54) und die zweite und dritte horizontale Achse (54a, 54b) einstückig in Form eines Schaftes ausgebildet sind, dessen unterer und oberer Teil relativ zum im wesentlichen vertikalen Mittelteil (54c) des Schaftes rechtwinklig, in entgegengesetzte Richtungen, gebogen sind und in Eingriff mit Ösen (56 und 57) stehen, die im Betätigungshebel (53) bzw. am oberen Ende eines der Teile Kolbenschaft (18) und Zylinder (8) vorgesehen sind.
