Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Atemschutzfilters, bei dem ein körniges ad-, ab-, chemisorptiv oder katalytisch wirkendes Material, insbesondere Aktivkohle, mit einem schmelzbaren Polymer(-en) vermischt und die Mischung unter Druck erhitzt und dabei zu einem Formkörper verpresst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mischung in einem Anschlussteil für einen Atemanschluss oder für ein Gebläsefiltergerät oder in einem Anschlussteil für einen Adapter für einen Atemanschluss oder für ein Gebläsefiltergerät unter Druck erhitzt und dabei mit diesem form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verpresst wird und die Verbindung zwischen Anschlussteil und verpresster Mischung gasdicht ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Mischung aus einem körnigen ad-, ab-, chemisorptiv oder katalytisch wirkenden Material, insbesondere Aktivkohle, und einem schmelzbaren Polymer(-en) unter Druck in einer Form erhitzt und dabei zu einem Formkörper verpresst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Form ein Anschlussteil für einen Atemanschluss oder ein Gebläsefiltergerät oder ein Anschlussteil (1) für einen Adapter für einen Atemanschluss oder für ein Gebläsefiltergerät ist und zwischen dem Anschlussteil (1) und dem verpressten Formkörper (2) eine form-und/oder kraftschlüssige und gasdichte Verbindung besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Anschlussteil (1) an der Innenfläche eine vollständig oder teilweise umlaufende Nut oder Feder (5) aufweist, in die der verpresste Formkörper (2) eingreift oder bei einer Feder (5) diese teilweise umschließt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Anschlussteil (1) am äußeren Umfang Verbindungselemente (3) für einen gasdichten lösbaren Anschluss an einen Atemanschluss oder ein Gebläsefiltergerät oder zum gasdichten Anschluss an einen Adapter (4) zum Anschluss an einen Atemanschluss oder ein Gebläsefiltergerät aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Anschluss für einen Adapter (4) lösbar ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verbindungselemente (3) für die Herstellung einer Rastverbindung oder als Gewinde ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Anschlussteil (1) aus einem Polymer mit einem höheren Schmelzpunkt als das Polymer(-en) des Formkörpers (2) besteht, oder aus Pappe oder aus Metall.
