Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von bekannten Schaltstellungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen für Leistungsschalteranlagen, insbesondere für luftisolierte Mittelspannungs-Schaltanlagen, mit den Funktionsmerkmalen "Leistungsschalten", "Trennen" und "Erden".
Leistungsschalteranlagen mit diesen Funktionsmerkmalen sind hinreichend bekannt und sind entsprechend den einschlägigen Bestimmumgen für Stellungsanzeigen der Leistungsschalter mit ihren Trenner- und Erderfunktionen nach VDE 0670 Teil 1000 sowie für Verriegelungen der sich gleichzeitig auszuschließenden Funktionen nach VDE 0670 Teil 6 (Verriegelungen/Empfehlungen) ausgelegt.
Die Stellungsanzeigen der Leistungsschalteranlagen und die funktionellen Verriegelungen sind, wie beispielsweise aus der DE 44 45 081 A1 ersichtlich, weitestgehend durch individuelle Hebelgestänge gesteuert und dementsprechend sehr eng an die konstruktiven Gegebenheiten der unterschiedlichen Leistungsschalteranlagen angepaßt. Je nach Art und Ausbau der Leistungschalteranlagen sind somit verschiedenartigste Steuermechanismen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Einbauvolumen vorgesehen, deren Vielfalt mit zunehmenden Kundenwünschen entsprechend hoch ist. Neben den entsprechend notwendigen Anpassungsentwicklungen bei schon geringfügigen konstruktiven Veränderungen bestehender Leistungsschalteranlagen sind insbesondere für neu entwickelte Anlagenkonzepte stets auch aufwendige Neuentwicklungen in Bezug auf die Schaltsteliungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen für die Leistungsschalteranlagen notwendig. Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe besteht darin, die Vielzahl der unterschiedlichen Konstruktionen bei den Schaltstellungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen für die Leistungsschalteranlagen erheblich zu verringern und darüber hinaus das Einbauvolumen dieser Schaltstellungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen merkbar zu reduzieren. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch die Merkmale

  • 1.1 die Schaltstellungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen sind gemeinsam in Steuermodule integriert,
  • 1.2 die Schaltstellungsanzeigen und -verriegelungen sind durch Anzeigeschieber und Verriegelungsschieber realisiert,
  • 1.3 die Steuermodule weisen jeweils ein die Anzeigeschieber und die Verriegelungsschieber führendes Mittelblech auf, das zwischen einem frontseitigen Abdeckblech und einem dem Innenbereich der Leistungsschalteranlagen zugewandten Halteblech angeordnet ist,
  • 1.4 das Mittelblech weist eine an die Positionen und Konturen der Anzeigeschieber und der Verriegelungsschieber angepaßte Zahl von Führungsöffnungen auf,
  • 1.5 das Abdeckblech weist eine an die Positionen und Konturen der Anzeigeschieber und der Verriegelungsschieber angepaßte Zahl von Betrachtungsöffnungen auf,
  • 1.6 das Halteblech weist eine an die Positionen und Konturen der Anzeigeschieber und der Verriegelungsschieber angepaßte Zahl von Durchführungsöffnungen auf,

So ist beispielsweise mit dem in der Betrachtungsöffnung BEO das Abdeckbleches ABL erkennbaren Querbalken des Schaltstellensymbol SSS auf dem Anzeigeschieber AZS - der Leistungsschalter ist nicht geschaltet - der Verriegelungsschieber VRS in beiden Bewegungsrichtungen gesperrt und damit die Durchführungsöffnung DUO sowie der Zugang zur Antriebsache ANA der Trenner und Erder verschlossen. Erst wenn der Leistungsschalter sich - wie dargestellt - im durchgeschalteten Zustand befindet, bei dem der senkrecht angeordnete Längsbalken in der Betrachtungsöffnung BEO das Abdeckbleches ABL sichtbar ist, wird die Sperrung des Verriegelungsschalters VRS aufgehoben und damit der Zugang zur Antriebsachse ANA der Trenner und Erder durch Verschieben des Verriegelungsschiebers VRS freigegeben. Nur in diesem Zustand ist also eine manuelle Betätigung der Trenner- und Erder-Kontakte möglich.
