Abstract

Cette invention concerne l'administration chez un vertébré d'un agent thérapeutique dans une région déterminée de la peau ou d'une muqueuse. Cette méthode consiste à: (a) utiliser une énergie ci nétique pour faire pénétrer des particules à l'intérieur et/ou au travers d'une région de la peau ou d'une muqueuse et; (b) positionner localement un premier dispositif d'administration transdermique de médicaments ou un premier pansement occlusif sur la région de la peau et de la muqueuse, l'agent thérapeutique étant inclus dans le premier dispositif d'administration transdermique de médicaments ou dans le premier pansement occlusif, ou dans les deux combinés.
