  1. Flap-holder, for a flap which is fitted so as to swivel vertically on a furniture body part and opened by swivelling upwards, designed to hold the flap in its open position by means of a spring assembly, characterised in that the flap-holder (7) has a flap-side arm element (8) which is able to swivel around a hinge axis (10) and can be connected to the flap (6), and a body-side arm element (9) which may be swivelled around a swivel axis (12) and is connected to a fitting (13) to be fastened to the furniture body (1), with the end sections of these elements opposite the flap (6) and the furniture body (1) respectively being connected to one another pivotably around a pivot axis (14) so as to form a toggle-joint-like assembly, and that a first control device (15) is effective between the body-side arm element (9) and the fitting (13), and a second control device (16) is effective between the body-side arm element (9) and the flap-side arm element (8), wherein each of the two control devices (15, 16) contain a clamping pad (17 and 18 respectively) and a control cam (19 and 20 respectively), which are held against one another by a spring device (21 and 22 respectively) which in each case is independent of the other control device, so that the force exerted by the flap-holder (7) on the flap (6), depending on the angle of swivel of the flap (6), is comprised of two force components, each occurring at one of the control devices (15, 16).
  2. Flap-holder according to claim 1 characterised in that, with the flap-holder installed, the holding-open force exerted on the flap (6) in the open position, and the holding-closed force exerted in the closed position, are at least substantially determined in each case by a different one of the two control devices (15, 16).
  3. Flap-holder according to claim 2, characterised in that each of the two control cams (19, 20) has a cam section (49 or 48) which is at least substantially concentric to the facing swivel axis (12) or pivot axis (14), wherein in the closed position and in the open position in each case, the clamping pad is in contact with the concentric cam section at one of the control devices (15, 16).
  4. Flap-holder according to any of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that, in opening and closing of the flap (6), the two control devices (15, 16) are effective one after the other, with an overlap zone between them.
  5. Flap-holder according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least one of the clamping pads (17, 18) is located on the body-side arm element (9).
  6. Flap-holder according to claim 5, characterised in that the body-side arm element (9) has a tubular shape and that at least one clamping pad (17, 18) is located inside the body-side arm element (9).
  7. Flap-holder according to claim 6, characterised in that the tubular body-side arm element (9) is longitudinally slotted in the area of each clamping pad (17, 18) mounted in it, and the respectively assigned control cam (19 or 20) is formed by a control disc (38 or 39) reaching through the longitudinal slot (36 or 37) and fitted to the body-side fitting (13) or the flap-side arm element (8).
  8. Flap-holder according to claim 6 or 7 characterised in that, in the case of each control device (15 or 16) with a clamping pad (17 or 18) mounted inside the body-side arm element (9), the spring device (21 or 22) is a compression spring device supported at one end on a spring stop (27 or 28) in the interior of the arm element, and at the other end on the relevant clamping pad (17 or 18).
  9. Flap-holder according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the spring force of at least one (22) of the spring devices is adjustable.
  10. Flap-holder according to claims 8 and 9 characterised in that, in the case of each spring device with adjustable spring force, the spring stop (28) is adjustable in the axial direction of the body-side arm element (9).
  11. Flap-holder according to claim 10, characterised in that the adjustable spring stop (28) is formed by the head (31) of a threaded bolt (32), which is in threaded engagement with a threaded nut element (33) which may be turned from the outside.
  12. Flap-holder according to any of claims 5 to 11, characterised in that at least one clamping pad (17, 18) provided on the body-side arm element (9) has a bearing section (23 or 24) guided so as to slide longitudinally on the arm element (9), and a pressure roller (25 or 26) mounted rotatably on the bearing section and fitting up against the respective control cam (19 or 20).
