Description
- les figures 1A et 1B représentent des vues en coupe d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention, respectivement en position de fermeture et en position d'ouverture, appliqué à un col de récipient fileté ;
- la figure 2 représente une vue de dessus du mode de réalisation de l'élément interne du dispositif des figures 1A, 1B ;
- la figure 3 représente une vue de dessus du mode de réalisation de l'élément externe du dispositif des figures 1A, 1B.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de bouchage pour récipient de produit liquide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, d'une part, un élément externe (1) constitué d'une jupe latérale (11) destinée à être fixée sur le col (C) du récipient et se raccordant en partie haute à une collerette (12) au moins partiellement élastiquement déformable portant un embout central rigide (13) dont l'extrémité est munie d'un orifice de distribution (10) et, d'autre part, un élément interne (2) constitué d'une couronne ajourée (21) destinée à être immobilisée sous ladite collerette (12) et se raccordant en partie centrale à un pointeau (22) susceptible d'obturer de manière étanche l'orifice de distribution (10) de l'embout central (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (12) comporte un épaulement (12a) de liaison avec la jupe latérale (11) qui se prolonge à l'intérieur du col (C) du récipient par un voile annulaire (12b) élastiquement déformable permettant le déplacement axial de l'embout (13) entre deux positions stables respectivement d'obturation basse et d'ouverture haute.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit pointeau (22) comporte des organes de verrouillage réversible (22a) coopérant avec des organes complémentaires (13a) ménagés sur l'embout (13) pour le retenir en position basse d'obturation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité dudit embout (13) possède un bord périphérique radialement saillant (13b) pour permettre une prise buccale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, un couvercle amovible (3) destiné à coiffer l'embout (13) en position d'obturation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (3) comporte des moyens d'encliquetage périphériques (31a) coopérant avec des moyens complémentaires (11a) portés par le bord supérieur de la jupe (11) de l'élément externe (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite couronne ajourée (21) fait saillie à l'intérieur du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite jupe (11) est pourvue dans sa partie inférieure d'une bande d'inviolabilité séparable (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite couronne ajourée (21) est constituée d'une bride périphérique (21a) destinée à venir en appui sur le rebord du col (C), sous l'épaulement (12a) de la collerette (12), et se prolongeant par une paroi tronconique (21b) munie d'ouvertures radiales (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (13) est cylindrique et ledit pointeau (22) est tronconique.
