Description
- introduction de l'extrémité du tube dépassant de la matrice dans une cavité d'une pièce de forme, cette cavité présentant un fond, une paroi latérale de forme adaptée au tube et à la déformation souhaitée, ainsi qu'une ouverture opposée au fond,
- appui de l'extrémité du tube contre le fond de la cavité, un jeu subsistant entre l'ouverture de la cavité et la matrice,
- application d'une force essentiellement axiale sur l'extrémité du tube par l'intermédiaire de la pièce de forme, la zone d'application de la force tournant autour de l'axe longitudinal du tube provoquant ainsi une déformation progressive du tube,
- retrait de l'extrémité du tube déformé hors de la cavité de la pièce de forme et hors de la matrice.
Claims (12)
- Procédé de déformation d'un tube (6) présentant un axe longitudinal (14), à proximité de son extrémité (16), dans lequel le tube (6) est mis en place dans une matrice (2) ouvrante présentant une empreinte (22) correspondant à la forme extérieure finale souhaitée, une extrémité libre (16) du tube dépassant hors de la matrice (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre les étapes suivantes :introduction de l'extrémité (16) du tube dépassant de la matrice (2) dans une cavité (12;112;212) d'une pièce de forme (26;126;226), cette cavité présentant un fond (32), une paroi latérale de forme adaptée au tube et à la déformation souhaitée, ainsi qu'une ouverture (30) opposée au fond (32),appui de l'extrémité du tube (16) contre le fond (32) de la cavité (12;112;212), un jeu subsistant entre l'ouverture de la cavité et la matrice,application d'une force essentiellement axiale sur l'extrémité (16) du tube par l'intermédiaire de la pièce de forme (26;126;226), la zone d'application de la force tournant autour de l'axe longitudinal (14) du tube provoquant ainsi une déformation progressive du tube,retrait de l'extrémité du tube déformé hors de la cavité (12;112;212) de la pièce de forme et hors de la matrice (2).
- Procédé de déformation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de forme (26;126) est intégrée à un outil (8) présentant un axe longitudinal (28;128) incliné par rapport à l'axe du tube et sensiblement sécant avec ce dernier, et en ce que la force essentiellement axiale est exercée sur l'extrémité du tube par mise en rotation de l'outil, celui-ci étant alors animé d'un mouvement orbital par rapport à l'axe (14) du tube, et par rapprochement simultané de l'outil (8) et de la matrice (2).
- Procédé de déformation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison entre l'axe (28;128) de révolution de la cavité et l'axe (14) du tube est compris entre 2 et 5 degrés.
- Procédé de déformation selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un nez de bouterolle (158), destiné à venir prendre appui sur la paroi intérieure du tube (6) à déformer est introduit dans ce dernier lorsque l'extrémité (16) du tube est introduite dans la cavité (112) de l'outil.
- Procédé de déformation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de forme (226) est placée sur l'extrémité (16) du tube de telle sorte que l'axe longitudinal de la cavité (212) correspond sensiblement à l'axe longitudinal (14) du tube, et en ce qu'un outil extérieur (270) vient en appui sur une face (272) de la pièce de forme (226) opposée à la face dans laquelle est réalisée la cavité (212).
- Procédé de déformation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'outil extérieur est un outil (270) d'axe incliné (228) par rapport à l'axe (14) longitudinal du tube et en ce que cet outil est animé d'un mouvement orbital par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du tube combiné à une translation vers la matrice (2).
- Outil (8) pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de déformation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'une pièce sensiblement cylindrique, à l'extrémité de laquelle est réalisée une cavité (12) ouverte, présentant un axe de révolution (28) et comportant un fond (32) sensiblement disposé dans un plan transversal ainsi qu'une zone conique (34) voisine du fond (32) et se rétrécissant en s'éloignant de ce dernier.
- Outil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (12) présente du côté de son côté ouvert (10) une seconde zone conique, se raccordant à la première et s'élargissant vers le côté ouvert (10).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (12) présente une gorge annulaire (54).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (12) présente une nervure annulaire (48).
- Outil pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de déformation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pièce sensiblement cylindrique, à l'extrémité de laquelle est réalisée une cavité ouverte (112), présentant un axe de révolution (128) et comportant un fond sensiblement disposé dans un plan transversal ainsi qu'une zone conique voisine du fond et en ce qu'il comporte également un nez de bouterolle (158) monté pivotant par rapport à un axe transversal (160) de la cavité.
- Outil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la cavité est réalisée dans une pièce tubulaire (126) dans laquelle vient prendre place le nez de bouterolle (158), le fond de la cavité étant formé par la base de la bouterolle, ces deux pièces étant montées dans un logement de forme sensiblement cylindrique circulaire, présentant un fond et ouvert à l'extrémité opposée.
