Claims (11)
- Schienenfahrzeug mit einem selbsttragenden Wagenkasten mit einem Boden und einem Dach sowie mit Seitenwänden, welche Fenster und Einstiegsbereiche aufweisen, wobei die oberhalb des Bodens befindlichen Wagenkastenstrukturelemente von einem mit dem Boden biegesteif verbundenen Rahmen (2) mit daran angebrachten Seitenwand- bzw. Dachelementen oder dergleichen gebildet sind, wobei die Wagenkastenhautelemente (3) tragend ausgebildet und zur Bildung eines verrippten Plattentragewerks (1, 8) definiert mittragend an Rahmenelementen (2) befestigt sind und die Wagenkastenhautelemente (3) eine integrierte Zwischenschicht (5) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die integrierte Zwischenschicht (5) definiert schwingungsdämpfende Eigenschaften aufweist. - Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch kraftschlüssige Klebeverbindungen (7) zwischen den Rahmenelementen (2) und den tragenden Wagenkastenhautelementen.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch kraftschlüssige Schrauboder Nietverbindungen (9) zwischen den Rahmenelementen (2) und den tragenden Wagenkastenhautelementen.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausbildung der tragenden Wagenkastenhautelemente als tragende Sandwichelemente (3), gebildet durch eine Außenschicht (4), eine abstandshaltende Zwischenschicht (5) mit mechanischen und/oder wärme- und/oder schallisolierenden und schwingungsdämpfenden Eigenschaften und eine Innenschicht (6).
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (4) und/oder die Innenschicht (6) aus Blech gebildet sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (4) und/oder die Innenschicht (6) aus Faserverbundwerkstoff gebildet sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (4) und/oder die Innenschicht (6) aus einem Kunststofflaminat gebildet sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (4) und/oder die Innenschicht (6) aus einem Vlies gebildet sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (4) und/oder die Innenschicht (6) aus einer Gewebeschicht gebildet sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Carbonatgewebeschicht.
- Schienenfabxzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tragenden Wagenkastenhautelemente eine belastungsangepaßte Materialdicke und/oder belastungsangepaßte Werkstoff-Kennwertverteilung aufweisen.
