Claims (7)
- Volume d'échappement comportant une paroi transversale (14) munie d'un orifice (18) et un tube (16) traversant ladite paroi au travers dudit orifice (18), la paroi (14) et le tube (16) étant liés l'un à l'autre, la paroi (14) présente, autour de l'orifice (18), un canon (20) obtenu par étirage de la matière de la paroi (14), le canon (20) et le tube (16) étant sertis suivant leur périphérie dans un plan transversal du canon (20), et il comporte une canule (22) prolongeant le tube (16) du côté de la paroi transversale (14) où émerge le canon (20), la canule (22) et le canon (20) étant sertis suivant le plan de sertissage du tube (16) et du canon (20), caractérisé en ce que la canule (22) est sertie à l'extérieur du canon (20).
- Volume d'échappement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sertissage du canon (20) et du tube (16) est formé par un rétreint concentrique du canon (20) et du tube (16).
- Volume d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi transversale (14) est une paroi d'extrémité, et en ce que le canon (20) s'étend à l'extérieur de l'enceinte définie par le volume d'échappement.
- Volume d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la canule (22) présente latéralement dans le plan de sertissage de la canule (22) et du canon (20), deux replis (24) diamétralement opposés.
- Volume d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube (16) et la canule (22) sont sertis l'un avec l'autre dans un plan transversal au tube (16), lequel plan transversal est décalé suivant la longueur du tube (16) par rapport au plan de sertissage du tube (16) et du canon (20).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un volume d'échappement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes consistant à :a) former une paroi transversale munie d'un orifice ;b) étirer la matière de la paroi transversale autour dudit orifice pour former un canon (20) ;c) insérer un tube (16) dans le canon (20) ; etd) sertir le canon (20) et le tube (16),
et en ce que le sertissage de la canule (22) et du canon (20) est réalisé simultanément au sertissage du canon (20) et du tube (16). - Procédé selon la revendication 6 de fabrication d'un volume d'échappement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, une étape de mise en place d'une canule (22) prolongeant le tube (16) et une étape de sertissage de la canule (22) et du tube (16),
et en ce que le sertissage de la canule (22) et du tube (16) est réalisé simultanément au sertissage du canon (20) et du tube (16).
