Claims (7)

  1. Auspuffvolumen mit einer Querwand (14), die mit einer Öffnung (18) versehen ist, und einem Rohr (16), welches die Wand durch die Öffnung (18) hindurch durchquert, wobei die Wand (14) und das Rohr (16) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Wand (14) um die Öffnung (18) herum ein durch Streckziehen des Materials der Wand (14) erhaltenes Ausstoßrohr (20) aufweist, wobei das Ausstoßrohr (20) und das Rohr (16) entlang ihres Umfangs in einer quer liegenden Ebene des Ausstoßrohrs (20) aufeinander aufgequetscht sind, und wobei das Auspuffvolumen eine Hohlnadel (22) aufweist, welche das Rohr (16) auf der Seite der Querwand (14), aus welcher das Ausstoßrohr (20) hervortritt, verlängert, wobei die Hohlnadel (22) und das Ausstoßrohr (20) entlang der Quetschverbindungsebene des Rohrs (16) und des Ausstoßrohrs (20) aufeinander aufgequetscht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass die Hohlnadel (22) außen auf das Ausstoßrohr (20) aufgequetscht ist.
  2. Auspuffvolumen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quetschverbindung des Ausstoßrohrs (20) und des Rohrs (16) von einer konzentrischen Einschnürung des Ausstoßrohrs (20) und des Rohrs (16) gebildet ist.
  3. Auspuffvolumen gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querwand (14) eine Endwand ist, und dass sich das Ausstoßrohr (20) außerhalb der von dem Auspuffvolumen definierten Einfassung erstreckt.
  4. Auspuffvolumen gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlnadel (22) seitlich in der Quetschverbindungsebene der Hohlnadel (22) und des Ausstoßrohrs (20) zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegende Falten (24) aufweist.
  5. Auspuffvolumen gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (16) und die Hohlnadel (22) in einer quer zu dem Rohr (16) liegenden Ebene aufeinander aufgequetscht sind, wobei die Querebene entlang der Länge des Rohrs (16) bezüglich der Quetschverbindungsebene des Rohrs (16) und des Ausstoßrohrs (20) versetzt angeordnet ist.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Auspuffvolumens gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die daraus bestehen:
    a) eine mit einer Öffnung versehene Querwand zu bilden;
    b) das Material der Querwand um die Öffnung herum herauszuziehen, um ein Ausstoßrohr (20) auszubilden;
    c) ein Rohr (16) in das Ausstoßrohr (20) einzuführen; und
    d) das Ausstoßrohr (20) und das Rohr (16) miteinander durch Aufquetschen zu verbinden,
    und dadurch, dass es außerdem einen Schritt der Anordnung einer das Rohr (16) verlängernden Hohlnadel (22) und einen Schritt des Aufquetschens der Hohlnadel (22) auf das Ausstoßrohr (20) umfasst, wobei die Hohlnadel (22) außerhalb des Ausstoßrohrs (20) angeordnet ist,
    und dadurch, dass das Aufquetschen der Hohlnadel (22) auf das Ausstoßrohr (20) gleichzeitig mit dem Aufquetschen des Ausstoßrohrs (20) auf das Rohr (16) geschieht.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6 zur Herstellung eines Auspuffvolumens gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem einen Schritt der Anordnung einer das Rohr (16) verlängernden Hohlnadel (22) und einen Schritt des Aufquetschens der Hohlnadel (22) auf das Rohr (16) umfasst,
    und dadurch, dass das Aufquetschen der Hohlnadel (22) auf das Rohr (16) gleichzeitig mit dem Aufquetschen des Ausstoßrohrs (20) auf das Rohr (16) geschieht.
