Abstract
Description
Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a refrigerated goods counter especially for cooling sensitive
Food such as fresh fish with the characteristics of the generic term of
With conventional refrigerated counters, the circulating air flow is usually also used
maintained when the cooling unit is switched off. For sensitive foods
like fresh fish, the constant air flow dries out the goods and leaves
they become unsightly. Avoiding or at least largely reducing it
Such drying of the goods is the object of the invention. This
Object is solved by
By maximizing the volume of the tub space below the product floor can occur there when the air recirculation fan is at a standstill and Accumulate circulating air flow a maximum of over-humidified air. The Air humidification is a consequence of the system-related cooling the wall or floor surfaces forming or surrounding the tub space. Depending on the thermostat-controlled restart of the Cooling unit and the associated function of the evaporator the circulating air flow starts again by switching on the fan set. As a result, the over-humidified air that has accumulated in the tub is already there then blown over the goods display when the evaporator is still is not fully activated and has started its full cooling function. The current the humidified air humidified over the goods displayed in the goods room them without already having their full cooling effect on the goods. This compensates for any drying out of goods that has occurred in the meantime, before the circulating air flow cools. By maximizing the volume of the tub space below the product floor, the amount of there becomes Available, over-humidified air is maximized without being one Volume increase of the entire refrigerated counter is required. This volume maximization is achieved in that the tub space below the goods floor from functional parts, especially from the evaporator.
The cooling effect and its constancy is favored by an additional ice filling of the goods floor (claim 3). The drip holes according to claim 4 favor the desired air humidification in the tub below the product floor. Maximizing of the receiving volume of the tub space below the goods floor the positioning of the cooling unit within the air shaft to the goods room outside the tub space (claim 5).
By reducing or minimizing drying out according to the invention the goods display is e.g. avoid an unsightly gray haze on fish, that keeps customers from making a purchase. The downtimes of both The cooling unit and the recirculation fan also save energy.
The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of the attached drawing.
The goods refrigerated counter contains a
To control the cooling of the through the counter cover
visible goods 9
To a certain extent, the ice melts during a standstill phase. In order to
the melt water can drain off at least to a certain extent are in
Studies with fish stocks have shown that the fluid loss of the Fish is about 37 g per hour and square meter. At a counter with The synchronous switching on and off of the cooling unit and fan is the Loss of fluid 11 g per hour and square meter. For ice cream counters without additional cooling, which are optimal with regard to the loss of liquid in the goods, this value is 7.6 g per hour and square meter. In the case of the invention The counter is therefore in terms of drying out conditions that are comparable to an ice cream counter without additional cooling. However, there is one more reliable cooling possible. The goods can be cooled so that their prescribed core temperature is safely observed.
