Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hubvorrichtung für ein Flurförderzeug, die mit einem Lastaufnahmemittel in Wirkverbindung steht und die mindestens eine Teleskopeinrichtung aufweist. Dabei beinhaltet die Teleskopeinrichtung ein Teleskophohlprofil (1) und einen hydraulischen Teleskopzylinder (4), wobei für das Teleskophohlprofil (1) ein feststehendes Basiselement (2) und zumindest ein ausfahrbares Teleskopelement (3a, 3b, 3c) vorgesehen sind und der Teleskopzylinder (4) ein Basisteil (5) und mindestens ein ausfahrbares Teil (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) aufweist. Die vorgeschlagene Teleskopeinrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teleskopelemente (3a, 3b, 3c) und das Basiselement (2) des Teleskophohlprofils (1) als Hohlprofile, bevorzugt mit rundem Querschnitt, ausgebildet sind und mit Nut- und Federführung (7) ein Verdrehen der Teleskopelemente (3a, 3b, 3c) verhindert ist. Die Nut- und Federführung (7) ist dabei bevorzugt so an den Teleskopelementen (3a, 3b, 3c) angebracht, daß sich im Bereich der Nut- und Federführung (7) die Zug- und Druckkräfte gegeneinander aufheben, die insbesondere von der Biegebeanspruchung durch aufgenommene Last herrühren. Die erfindungsgemäße Hubvorrichtung bietet sehr gute Sichtverhältnisse für den Fahrer des Flurförderzeugs und ist mit einer einfachen, verschleißarmen Verdrehsicherung zur Stabilisierung der Hubvorrichtung ausgestattet. The invention relates to a lifting device for an industrial truck, which is operatively connected to a load suspension device and which has at least one telescopic device. The telescopic device contains a hollow telescopic profile (1) and a hydraulic telescopic cylinder (4), a fixed base element (2) and at least one extendable telescopic element (3a, 3b, 3c) being provided for the hollow telescopic profile (1) and the telescopic cylinder (4) has a base part (5) and at least one extendable part (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d). The proposed telescopic device is characterized in that the telescopic elements (3a, 3b, 3c) and the base element (2) of the telescopic hollow profile (1) are designed as hollow profiles, preferably with a round cross-section, and with a tongue and groove guide (7) to twist the Telescopic elements (3a, 3b, 3c) is prevented. The tongue and groove guide (7) is preferably attached to the telescopic elements (3a, 3b, 3c) in such a way that in the area of the tongue and groove guide (7) the tensile and compressive forces cancel each other out, particularly due to the bending stress originated load. The lifting device according to the invention offers very good visibility for the driver of the industrial truck and is equipped with a simple, low-wear anti-rotation device to stabilize the lifting device.
