Claims (18)

  1. Behälter mit einer Abdeckung, welcher es erlaubt, ein Konsumprodukt, eine Flüssigkeit oder einen Feststoff wie ein kosmetisches Produkt, ein Körperpflegeprodukt, ein medizinisches Produkt, ein Haushaltsprodukt oder ähnliches, dicht versiegelt aufzubewahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (20w) oder die Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) eine Kammer (12; 24) mit einem mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) und wenigstens einer Öffnung (11; 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 26) enthält, durch welchen der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) wenigstens teilweise der Umgebung ausgesetzt ist, wobei der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz vom im Behälter (20; 20y; 20z; 20w) enthaltenen Produkt (21) durch eine Wand der Kammer (24) beziehungsweise durch eine Dichtung (13; 13x; 13y; 13z) getrennt ist.
  2. Behälter und Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (20; 20y; 20z; 20w) oder die Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) doppelte Wände enthält, die dazu geeignet sind, den mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) dazwischen aufzunehmen.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) montierte Dichtung (13; 13x; 13y; 13z) die Kammer (12; 24) und/oder, wenn sich die Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) in einer geschlossenen Position befindet, die Öffnung (23; 23z) des Behälters (20; 20y; 20z; 20w), durch welche das Produkt (21) entnommen werden kann, verschliesst.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (13x; 13y) mit dem mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1x; 1y) verbunden ist.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine nocken-artige Dichtung (13z) mit der Abdeckung (10z) verbunden ist, welche genau in die Öffnung (23z) des Behälters (20z) passt, wenn sich die Abdeckung (10z) in geschlossener Position befindet, und dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1z) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass die nocken-artige Dichtung (13z) durch oder neben den mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1z) in die Öffnung (23z) des Behälters (20z) passt.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) in die wenigstens eine Öffnung (11; 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d; 26) passt und vorzugsweise aus der wenigstens einen Öffnung (11; 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d; 26) ragt.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1 1x; 1y; 1w) aus einem festen Material gemacht ist, vorzugsweise aus einem Material wie Kunststoffpolymer, Zellulose, Wachs, Gips, Zement, Holz oder Verbundswerkstoffe, welche irgendeines davon enthalten, wobei das feste Material dazu geeignet ist, ein Duftstoff-Öl oder eine Duftstoff enthaltende Lösung zu absorbieren.
  8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) ein Duftstoff-Öl oder ein Duftstoff-Lösungsmittel mit einem Gehalt von 1% bis 50%, vorzugsweise 20% bis 50%, bezogen auf das Gewicht enthält.
  9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Fläche der Oberfläche der Perforationen im Bereich von 0.25 cm2 bis 5,0 cm2 liegt, mit einer bevorzugten Fläche der Oberfläche von 0,4 cm2 bis 1,0 cm2, und/oder dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) eine Fläche der Oberfläche im Bereich von 3 cm2 bis 12,5 cm2 mit einer durchschnittlichen Dicke zwischen 1 und 5 mm hat.
  10. Abdeckung für einen Behälter (20; 20y; 20z) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) eine Kammer (12) mit einem mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y) und wenigstens einer Öffnung (11; 11a; 11b, 11c, 11d) enthält, durch welche der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y) wenigstens teilweise der Umgebung ausgesetzt ist, und weiter eine Dichtung (13; 13x; 13y) enthält, welche verwendet wird, um den mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) vom im Behälter (20; 20y; 20z) enthaltenen Produkt (21) zu trennen.
  11. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) doppelte Wände enthält, welche dazu geeignet sind, den mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y) dazwischen aufzunehmen.
  12. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) montierte Dichtung (13; 13x; 13y; 13z) die Kammer (12; 24) und/oder, wenn sich die Abdeckung (10, 10y; 10z) in einer geschlossenen Position befindet, die Öffnung (23; 23z) des Behälters (20; 20y; 20z) verschliesst.
  13. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10y, 10z) mit dem Behälter (20y; 20z) über eine Verbindung verbunden ist.
  14. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine nocken-artige Dichtung (13z) mit der Abdeckung (10z) verbunden ist, welche genau in die Öffnung (23z) des Behälters (20z) passt, wenn sich die Abdeckung (10z) in geschlossener Position befindet, und dass der mit Duftstoff behandelte Einsatz (1z) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass die nocken-artige Dichtung (13z) durch oder neben den mit Duftstoff behandelten Einsatz (1z) in die Öffnung (23z) des Behälters (20z) passt.
  15. Verwendung eines Einsatzes (1, lx; 1y; 1w) zum Einsetzen in eine Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) und/oder einen Behälter (20w) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, wobei der Einsatz aus einem festen Material gemacht ist, vorzugsweise aus einem Material wie Kunststoffpolymer, Zellulose, Wachs, Gips, Zement, Holz oder Verbundswerkstoffe, welche irgendeines davon enthalten, wobei das feste Material dazu geeignet ist, ein Duftstoff-Öl oder eine Duftstoff enthaltende Lösung zu absorbieren.
  16. Verwendung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (1, 1x; 1y; 1w) ein Duftstoff-Öl oder eine Duftstoff-Lösung mit einem Gehalt von 1% bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 20% bis 50%, bezogen auf das Gewicht enthält.
  17. Verwendung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (1, 1x; 1y; 1w) in eine perforierte Kammer (12; 24) passt, welche in der Abdeckung (10, 10y, 10z) oder im Behälter (20w) vorgesehen ist, und vorzugsweise in die wenigstens eine Öffnung (11; 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d; 26) passt und/oder sich durch und aus der wenigstens einen Öffnung (11; 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d; 26) durch die Perforation gegen aussen hin ausdehnt.
  18. Verwendung nach Anspruch 15, 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (1; 1x; 1y; 1w) eine Fläche der Oberfläche von 3 cm2 bis 12,5 cm2 mit einer durchschnittlichen Dicke zwischen 1 und 5 mm aufweist.
