Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de fixation d'un injecteur de carburant dans/ sur un moteur à combustion interne, dans lequel
    - l'injecteur (2) est monté par serrage avec une partie d'extrémité libre étagée (7) dans un orifice de réception (8) étagé au moyen d'une bague (6) appliquée contre un épaulement de serrage (5) côté injecteur sous l'action axiale d'un dispositif de serrage (4) et au moins
    - un jeu radial est prévu entre l'orifice de réception (8) et la bague (6) introduite,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la bague (6', 6", 6''') est équipée de moyens, qui,
    - sous l'action axiale du dispositif de serrage (4), subissent à chaque fois une déformation radiale jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient en appui contre la paroi (9) de l'orifice de réception (8) et en appui contre l'injecteur (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - une bague cylindrique (6') est divisée en trois parties (10, 10', 10'') guidées conjointement de manière télescopique,
    - une bague de pincement (12) déformable radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport à l'injecteur (2) étant disposée entre la première paire de surfaces frontales (11, 11'), et
    - une bague de pincement (14) déformable radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'orifice de réception (8) étant disposée entre la deuxième paire de surfaces frontales (13, 13').
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bague de pincement respective (12, 14) est un joint torique composé d'un matériau en gomme élastique ou en élastomère.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - une bague cylindrique (6") est divisée en deux parties (15, 15'),
    - une partie (15) s'engage avec une partie de cône d'explosion fendue (16) dans une partie de cône d'écartement (18) fendue et formée dans un épaulement (17) de l'autre partie (15'), et
    - la partie de cône d'écartement (18) se déforme radialement vers l'extérieur vers l'orifice de réception (8), alors que la partie de cône d'explosion (16) se déformant radialement vers l'intérieur vers l'injecteur (2).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - une bague (6") réalisée en une seule pièce présente, entre une bague de pression (19) et une partie de manchon (20), une partie en forme de soufflet (21) composée de cônes tronqués (22, 22', 22") orientés les uns par rapport aux autres,
    - les diamètres de base les uns contre les autres de deux cônes tronqués (22, 22') adjacents délimitant un épaulement d'écartement (23) et
    - les diamètres de pointe les uns contre les autres de deux cônes tronqués (22', 22") adjacents délimitant un épaulement de centrage (24) coté injecteur,
    - la partie en forme de soufflet (21) étant munie de fentes longitudinales (25).
