Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting rail system for fastening lights or lamp parts.
  • Such mounting rail systems are well known and are mainly used where larger areas are to illuminate and / or where a flexible lighting is required. Only by way of example, is a carrier rail system according to the prior art on the EP 0 486 714 A1 directed.
  • DE 196 20 209 A1 discloses a lamp with a profiled base body for lamps and control gear.
  • the profiled base body has an approximately V-shaped cross section.
  • lamps and equipment of the lamp are firmly screwed.
  • another contact surface is provided to which lamps for direct lighting can be screwed.
  • EP 0 563 887 A2 discloses a support structure for lighting systems. In longitudinally extending profile parts with approximately X-shaped cross section lighting system and / or their components are attached between the profile legs.
  • FR 2 275 728 discloses a ceiling light with a longitudinally extending light housing.
  • the luminaire housing is attached by means of a latching connection from below to a longitudinal rail, which in turn is mounted on the ceiling.
  • US 5 025 355 discloses a lighting device with a graphic display, as used in sales rooms. On a longitudinally extending rail, two transparent display discs are provided, between which a fluorescent tube is fixedly mounted. Single luminaires for direct lighting are screwed to the underside of the longitudinal rail.
  • a support rail of a system according to the invention may comprise connecting means for fixing lights and / or light parts at different, in the longitudinal direction of the support rail offset positions of the support rail, wherein on two opposite sides of the support rail in each case a connection means for attaching lights and / or light parts for direct or indirect lighting is provided at different, offset in the longitudinal direction of the support rail locations of the support rail.
  • the support rail can for hanging from a ceiling, a suitable means for attaching a rope or the like .
  • the attachment of the rope can also be done in other ways, e.g. by clamped elements.
  • the invention may provide that the support rail is arranged on one or both sides so that the lights or lighting parts are arbitrarily positionable at least over a portion of the support rail in the longitudinal direction.
  • the mounting rail has an open at least one side profile with two on this page projecting walls that define an opening between them.
  • a lamp or a light part can be used.
  • in the suspended state such a side of the support rail facing up and a lamp or a light part is inserted into the area between these two walls, wherein it in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the support rail through the two walls and optionally held positively by projections of these walls.
  • the lamp or the light part is therefore in the area between the walls on the mounting rail and is secured in the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail partially by their weight and partly by the electrical connections against displacement.
  • the connecting device is provided on a side with two projecting walls in the area between the walls of a connecting device for mechanically connecting the support rail with a luminous portion.
  • provision may be made for the profile to be closed on the side opposite the side with the two walls.
  • the closed side of the profile in the suspended state down. This has the advantage that no further coverage of a channel of the mounting rail or electrical components is required and results in a closed overall impression for the viewer.
  • the side which is opposite to the side with the opening bounded by the walls has a flat contact surface for a lamp housing.
  • the invention may also provide that the profile of the mounting rail on two opposite sides in each case has two mutually opposite, extending in the longitudinal direction walls, which define an outwardly open space area for mounting or receiving a luminaire or a luminous part between them.
  • the second open area may be configured in a conventional manner as a conventional mounting rail.
  • lighting elements e.g. Lampholders, reflectors or the like.
  • Lampholders e.g. Lampholders, reflectors or the like.
  • two mutually opposite walls are provided which define an opening between them and which are sufficiently rigid or stiffened to carry the weight of a lamp or a light part.
  • the invention provides, in particular, a mounting rail system in which a part of the luminaires or luminaire parts for emitting an indirect light component and a further part of the luminaires or luminaire parts for emitting a direct light component for interior lighting is set up.
  • Luminaires for a direct component often have to comply with shielding conditions, ie the average luminance at the light exit surface must be above a limit angle to a perpendicular to the light exit surface below a limit, for example, according to the applicable standards or standard proposals for VDU workstations at 200 cd / m 2 , 500 cd / m 2 or 1000 cd / m 2 .
  • a limit angle to a perpendicular to the light exit surface below a limit
  • the invention may provide that the mounting rail on one side, which is in the suspended state at the top, two opposing, extending in the longitudinal direction of the support rail walls defining between them an open space area, with an associated lamp or an associated luminaire part so dimensioned is that it is completely received in the assembled state between the walls.
  • Such a lamp consists only of the essential parts for the lighting technology and the electrical supply.
  • a corresponding lamp insert can essentially only one or more lamps, one or more reflectors and the necessary utilities, such as sockets, leads and the like., Exist.
  • This luminaire insert is then completely covered by the two walls of the mounting rail to the outside.
  • a separate housing for this indirectly radiating luminaire insert is therefore not required, especially not because an observer has no insight into the light exit opening of this luminaire insert in a suspended support rail.
  • the mounting rail in particular on one side, which is in the suspended state below, has a contact surface and a luminaire or a luminaire part has a housing with a contact surface, which is compliant to the contact surface of the mounting rail, so that in assembled state, the housing and the mounting rail in the region of these contact surfaces abut each other.
  • the invention may provide that the contact surfaces of the support rail and the housing are each flat. However, it can also be provided that they are each provided with a three-dimensional structure, wherein the structure of the contact surface of the support rail is complementary to the structure of the contact surface of the housing, so that the two structures positively engage in one another in the mounted state.
  • a lamp or a lighting part locking elements for engaging over a housing edge of the support rail and / or for engaging in recesses, e.g. Has openings of the grooves, in walls of the mounting rail, which lie on the side opposite to the side on which the relevant lamp element is attached.
  • the mounting rail on one side has a limited by two longitudinally extending walls opening and a to be attached on the opposite side lighting part has locking elements which engage over the edge of these walls in the mounted state.
  • this embodiment has the advantage that on the visible side for a viewer no interruption of the mounting rail by mechanical fasteners are available and thus results in a homogeneous overall impression.
  • the electrical leads to the lamp are integrated into the locking elements or are guided under these, so that no interruption of the mounting rail for making an electrical connection are required. These electrical connections are rather made via the opening on the upper side of the support rail in the suspended state.
  • the invention may also provide that several lights are provided for delivering the direct and / or indirect light component, which each have an end face which is flat or is complementary to itself or to the opposite end in the sense of a positive connection and the support rail set up is that two or more of these lights can be mounted directly adjacent to each other substantially without space between each other on the support rail.
  • the two end faces abut each other directly.
  • the second light can be aligned so that one of its end faces is complementary to the adjacent end face of the adjacent light, so that the two lights can interlock in the sense of a positive connection.
  • any lengths up to 6 m or more can be achieved, with lengths in the range of 1.5 m to 5 m being particularly preferred at present.
  • One or more mounting rails according to the invention may form a band arrangement in a space, this band being guided in particular at one or both ends up to the respective wall of the room.
  • a guide to a wall or wall to wall has the additional advantage that in the mounting rail in addition to the electrical supply lines for the lights and electrical supply lines for other power consumers, such as blinds or the like. Can be performed. This has on the one hand the advantage of a shorter electrical connection, which is then automatically covered by the support rail for a viewer, and a simpler installation compared to guiding the line along the walls of the room.
  • the invention also provides a support rail designed for use in the mounting rail system.
  • the free positioning of the luminaire inserts for the delivery of an indirect light component and the mounted under the mounting rail lights for delivering a direct proportion of light give very high freedom for the design of lighting in the room.
  • the lighting can be arbitrarily designed and changed in many areas, the invention for the first time gives the opportunity to set up direct and indirect proportion both in terms of spatial arrangement of the light source and in terms of illuminance completely independent of each other.
  • direct and indirect components can be weighted according to the lighting situation and adjusted independently of each other.
  • FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment of the support rail according to the invention has a closed on one side and open on the opposite side profile 1, which consists of a box-shaped, on one side open base 3 and two adjoining the open end of the base 3, extending in the longitudinal direction side walls 5a and 5b.
  • a luminaire insert 10 is used to produce an indirect portion of the radiated light having a base portion 12 for receiving electrical components, such as ballasts or the like, and attached to a reflector 14, lampholders 16 and optionally further lighting or electrical components are.
  • a rib 20 is provided which may extend over the entire length of the support rail and forms a stop for the underside of the base part 12 of the lamp insert 10, on which this underside rests in the mounted state.
  • a space area is kept between the lamp insert 10 and the floor panel 24 of the housing, in which line connections 26 for the lamps to be mounted and, if necessary, further power consumers, e.g. Venetian blinds or the like. Are guided, the connection with the other power consumers then over the end of the support rail, via the suspension or in any other suitable manner.
  • the resting of the base part 12 on the base 20 has the further effect that the upper edge of the reflector 14 terminates at the same level or below the upper edge of the side walls 5a and 5b and thus completely obscured by the viewer 1 through the housing 1 of the support rail , In this way, eliminating the need to have to provide a separate housing for the lamp insert 10.
  • the housing 1 of the support rail is connected to the base part 12 of the lamp insert 10 via a screw 30 which is screwed into the rib 20.
  • a screw 30 which is screwed into the rib 20.
  • any other connection used for the attachment of luminaire inserts according to the prior art can be used, for example, a snap-in connection, a connection with a bayonet lock or the like.
  • the electrical connection of the lamp insert 10 can be made with the lines 26 in any way that is known from conventional mounting rails.
  • the luminaire insert is inserted into the area between the walls 5a and 5b without a special mechanical connecting device, wherein projections 32 of the base keep the luminaire insert 10 centered in the mounting rail.
  • the lighting part 10 can be attached to any position of the support rail, without requiring special precautions or aids.
  • the electrical supply in the support rail is set up so that a current tap at any point, for example by common terminal contacts or the like., Is possible.
  • Fig. 2 shows the DIN rail according to Fig. 1 with the lamp insert 10 mounted therein and an additionally mounted lamp 40 for the delivery of a direct light component.
  • This lamp has a schematically illustrated housing 41 with a planar raised roof section 42 for engagement with the flat floor panel 24 of the housing 1 of the mounting rail. For the sake of simplicity lighting and other details of the lamp 40 are not shown.
  • locking elements 44a and 44b are provided, which engage over the upper edge of the walls 5a and 5b from above.
  • the electrical connection of the electrical components of the lamp 40 with the lines 26 can be made by lines which are guided under the hook elements 44a and 44b or by plug connections in the floor panel 24 of the housing 1 of the support rail, which are connected to the lines 26 and with complementary plug-in elements cooperate on the top of the housing 41, similar to that in EP 0 486 714 A1 is described for the electrical connection inside a mounting rail.
  • Unused plug-in elements on the underside of the housing 1 can be laminated by cover elements, which engage with the help of dummy plugs in these plug-in elements.
  • the electrical connection may optionally be made in any other suitable manner known in the art.
  • Fig. 3 shows a side view of a mounting rail with a mounted lamp for direct lighting, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown in section. It can be seen that the housing 41 and the bottom plate 24 of the mounting rail connect directly to each other and the Luminaire insert 10 completely through the side walls 5a and 5b and the in Fig. 3 visible end wall 50 of the mounting rail is hidden.
  • the whole system is suspended by means of pipes 52 from a ceiling 54 in a conventional manner, wherein instead of the pipes 52, a different suspension device, such as a rope may be provided.
  • the support rail itself is provided with means (not shown) for securing the suspension means, eg an eye, a bolt connection, a cable support or the like.
