- the depressions 4 of the blade root 15 are still empty here, so the blade root is not yet secured against rotation.
- the locking of this last blade root proceeds as follows according to FIGS. 4c-e: The blade root 12 is first pushed over the remaining gap next to the blade root 15 so that the ends of the connecting pieces 5d and 5e become visible.
- the connecting piece 5d is then pulled in the same direction until its end comes to lie in the recess 4 of the blade root 12.
- the assembly and locking is completed by slightly increasing the gaps between all the blade roots in the circumferential groove, so that the gap left after the last blade has been assembled is distributed over the entire circumferential groove. Intermediate pieces fill these remaining columns. It results that almost all blade feet are secured by means of two parallel connecting pieces against rotation and the remaining blade feet are secured at least by means of a connecting piece. This ensures that none of the blades can twist and fall out of the groove.
- the spacers are a known component and are not shown here. They are dimensioned so that they can reduce the assembly game and during the turbine operation no larger gap can form, which could disturb the smoothness of the rotor. Thanks to the anti-rotation device, however, they no longer need to fill up the assembly play completely so that a sufficiently large free space remains between the blade feet, in which thermal expansions are freely granted.
Description
The invention relates to blades with blade roots in the circumferential grooves on Rotor of a turbomachine are attached. It particularly concerns her Mounting and securing against twisting and falling out of the groove.
A well-known way, blades on a rotor of a Turbomachine to assemble is anchoring using shovel feet in T-shaped Circumferential grooves. To assemble the blades in a circumferential groove, in particular to allow the last shovel is a certain assembly game in the circumferential direction required. When operating the machine, it may happen that the blades shift and a gap forms, the big enough is that a blade root rotates and falls out of the groove. This Problem is solved by a reduction of the mounting game by between the shovel feet intermediate pieces are installed tightly so that the Monday game is completed. After installation of the spacers is remaining game between the shovel feet, however, often too small to free to allow thermal expansion. Due to the strains arise while forces that disturb the smoothness of the rotor and finally vibrations can cause.
DE 333353 discloses turbine blades with hammerhead-shaped blade roots, which are anchored in a circumferential groove. The blades are in the area outside the Nut interconnected by means of a wire-like connector D. The Measure in this special area outside the groove is used to parts of Centrifugal force of the airfoil B on the adjacent intermediate pieces C, the do not have to carry a blade, transfer. The arrangement outside the groove is advantageous in comparison to an arrangement of similar connectors in the Area of the groove, because there does not achieve the desired effect of power transmission would result in a weakening of the foot part.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a mounting of blades To create blade roots in circumferential grooves on the rotor of a turbomachine, the prevents rotation and falling out of the blade roots and at the same time granted a sufficiently large game for free thermal expansions.
This object is achieved by a blade attachment according to
According to the invention, the blade roots, which are anchored in circumferential grooves, each have at least one depression or opening which runs in the circumferential direction and in each of which a connecting piece is arranged which connects at least two blade roots to one blade package.
The thus connected blade roots are thereby prevented from twisting. A connector consists of a shaped piece of any cross-section, and is arranged in a recess or opening, whose cross-section is adapted to the fitting. In this case, the recess or opening and the fitting is dimensioned so that the fitting is located with a small clearance in a recess or opening and a displacement of a blade root and the fitting relative to each other is still possible.
The inventive compound of blade roots is the Rotational freedom of the blade roots around the blade longitudinal axis insofar reduces that they are secured against twisting and falling out. Intermediate pieces are used to partially fill in the mounting gap installed the blade feet. However, they no longer have the function of Anti-rotation of the blade feet held and now do not need so tight to be installed. As a result, free thermal expansions of Shovel feet ensured.
In a first embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece consists of a shaped piece of rectangular cross-section, which is inserted in a likewise rectangular recess on the side of the blade root, which faces the rotor and groove bottom.
In a second embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece consists of a round wire which is inserted in a drilling opening in the blade root. Again, the diameter of the opening and the wire is dimensioned so that a displacement of the blade root along the wire is possible.
In one variant, the blade feet each have a recess or opening on, which extends in the circumferential direction. In another variant of the Invention, the blade roots each two parallel in the circumferential direction extending depressions or openings, in each of which a connector inserted or inserted.
In view of the thermal expansions of the turbine parts and assembly of the blade roots different lengths of the connector are executable. For this purpose, a single connector is arranged in one embodiment, which extends almost over the entire circumference of a groove and almost all blade feet in this groove interconnects.
In a further embodiment, shorter connecting pieces are arranged in the recesses or openings, which each connect two or more adjacent blade feet together to form a blade package.
In a further embodiment with two mutually parallel Recesses or openings are arranged short connectors, the connect two blade feet to a blade root pair. Side by side and parallel connectors are one Blade foot offset from each other by a first connector in one first recess or opening is inserted and a first and adjacent, second blade foot connects. A second, parallel Connector is in the second, adjacent recess or opening inserted and connects the second and adjacent, third blade root, and immediately.
The foot of the last shovel is placed in a mounting slit intended for it in the groove screwed in and to prevent rotation by a final connector locked with the adjacent blade feet by a connector in the recess or opening of the last blade root is pulled in.
In a further embodiment of the inventive blade attachment is on the groove bottom facing side of the blade root in each case Well a pressure spring arranged, which is a displacement of the blade further reduced on the rotor, allowing a gap formation and resulting aerodynamic disadvantages are avoided.
For the realization of the inventive attachment are only work on the blades feet required while the rotor remains. These Fastening is therefore particularly suitable for retrofitting existing machines suitable.
Schaufelfuss zusätzlich an Verschiebungen hindert.
mehreren solcher Schaufelfuss-Paketen miteinander verbunden.
Figure 1 illustrates a

The blade roots along the entire circumferential groove are connected together in this way to form several such blade root packets. A connection of almost all blade roots, with the exception of the last or last two blades, by a single connector, is also feasible.
FIG. 3 shows a plurality of blade roots anchored in a peripheral groove with a further arrangement of connecting pieces according to the invention. The
FIGS. 4a to 4e show the assembly of the last blade of the circumferential groove and the locking of its blade root with the adjacent blade roots by means of the connecting pieces according to the invention.
FIG. 4 a
FIG. 4b shows the same
It results that almost all blade feet are secured by means of two parallel connecting pieces against rotation and the remaining blade feet are secured at least by means of a connecting piece. This ensures that none of the blades can twist and fall out of the groove.
The spacers are a known component and are not shown here.
