Sie bilden ein Paket von Schaufelfüssen, welches sich in der Umfangsnut dank ihrer grösseren Länge nicht verdrehen kann, auch wenn durch Verschiebung der Schaufelfüsse während des Betriebs ein Montagespalt entstanden ist. Das Verbindungsstück gewährt somit eine Verdrehsicherung, die ein Herausfallen der Schaufeln verunmöglicht.
    Die Schaufelfüsse entlang der gesamten Umfangsnut werden auf diese Art zu mehreren solcher Schaufelfuss-Paketen miteinander verbunden. Eine Verbindung von fast allen Schaufelfüssen, mit Ausnahme der letzten oder zwei letzten Schaufeln, durch ein einziges Verbindungsstück, ist ebenfalls ausführbar.
    Figure 1 illustrates a blade root 1, which is anchored in an inverse T-shaped circumferential groove 2 in a rotor 3 of a turbomachine. The blade root 1 has on the side facing the groove bottom, a recess 4 with a rectangular cross-section. A connector 5 with a similar rectangular cross-section is inserted with a small clearance in the recess. The cross-section of the recess in the blade root and the associated connector is basically arbitrary. Instead of the rectangular cross section for the recess and the connector, for example, elliptical or round shapes are executable.
    In the middle of the groove bottom facing side of the blade root a round recess 6 is arranged, in which a pressing spring 7 is inserted, which additionally prevents the blade root from displacements.
    Figure 2 shows a view II of a plurality of adjacent, anchored in the circumferential groove blade roots 1, which are connected by a connecting piece 5. They form a package of blade roots, which can not twist in the circumferential groove thanks to their greater length, even if a mounting gap has arisen due to displacement of the blade roots during operation. The connector thus provides an anti-rotation, which makes it impossible for the blades to fall out.
    The blade roots along the entire circumferential groove are connected together in this way to form several such blade root packets. A connection of almost all blade roots, with the exception of the last or last two blades, by a single connector, is also feasible.

    Figur 3 zeigt mehrere Schaufelfüsse in einer Umfangsnut verankert mit einer weiteren erfindungsgemässen Anordnung von Verbindungsstücken. Die Schaufelfüsse 1, 1a,1b,1c,1d weisen jeweils an ihrer dem Nutboden zugewandten Seite zwei parallel verlaufende Vertiefungen auf, die beidseits der Schaufelfussmitte angeordnet sind. In beiden Vertiefungen sind kurze Verbindungsstücke 5a, 5b, 5c eingelegt. Jedes Verbindungsstück verbindet jeweils ein Schaufelfusspaar, wobei die parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Verbindungsstücke jeweils um einen Schaufelfuss versetzt sind. Beispielsweise ist ein Verbindungsstück 5a in der ersten Vertiefung der zwei Schaufelfüsse 1a und 1b eingelegt, wobei es diese verbindet und gegen eine Verdrehung sichert. Ein zweites Verbindungsstück 5b ist in der zweiten, parallel verlaufenden Vertiefung der Schaufelfüsse 1b und 1c eingelegt, wobei es dieses Schaufelfusspaar verbindet. Das nächste Verbindungsstück 5c ist wiederum in der Vertiefung auf der ersten Seite der Schaufelfüsse eingelegt und verbindet die Schaufelfüsse 1c und 1d.
    In den Figuren 4a bis 4e ist die Montage der letzten Schaufel der Umfangsnut und die Verriegelung ihres Schaufelfusses mit den benachbarten Schaufelfüssen mittels den erfindungsgemässen Verbindungsstücken dargestellt.
    Figur 4a zeigt Schaufelfüsse 11 und 12, die von den Schaufelfüssen 13 und 14 durch einen Montagespalt in der Umfangsnut 2 beabstandet sind. Die Schaufelfüsse 11 und 12 sind mit Verbindungsstücken 5d und 5e miteinander verbunden. Sie erstrecken sich beide beispielsweise über mehrere Schaufelfüsse. Die Schaufelfüsse 13 und 14 sind mittels Verbindungsstücken 5f und 5g miteinander verbunden und gesichert.
    Figur 4b zeigt dieselbe Umfangsnut 2 mit der letzten Schaufel, deren Schaufelfuss 15 in dem Montagespalt der Nut 2 verankert worden ist. Die Vertiefungen 4 des Schaufelfusses 15 sind hier noch leer, der Schaufelfuss also noch nicht gegen Verdrehung gesichert. Die Verriegelung dieses letzten Schaufelfusses verläuft wie folgt gemäss den Figuren 4c-e: Der Schaufelfuss 12 wird zunächst über den verbleibenden Spalt hinweg neben den Schaufelfuss 15 geschoben, sodass die Enden der Verbindungsstücke 5d und 5e sichtbar werden. Das Verbindungsstück 5d wird sodann in dieselbe Richtung gezogen bis sein Ende in der Vertiefung 4 des Schaufelfusses 12 zu liegen kommt. Die Montage und Verriegelung wird vervollständigt, indem die Spalten zwischen sämtlichen Schaufelfüssen in der Umfangsnut leicht vergrössert werden, sodass der Spalt, der nach der Montage der letzten Schaufel verblieben ist, über die ganze Umfangsnut verteilt wird. Mittels Zwischenstücken werden diese verbleibenden Spalten aufgefüllt.
    Es resultiert, dass fast alle Schaufelfüsse mittels zwei parallel verlaufenden Verbindungsstücken gegen Verdrehung gesichert sind und die übrigen Schaufelfüsse zumindest mittels einem Verbindungsstück gesichert sind. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass keine der Schaufeln sich verdrehen und aus der Nut fallen kann.
    Die Zwischenstücke sind ein bekanntes Bauteil und sind hier nicht dargestellt. Sie sind so dimensioniert, dass sie das Montagespiel verkleinern und sich während des Turbinenbetriebs kein grösserer Spalt mehr bilden kann, welcher die Laufruhe des Rotors stören könnte. Dank der Verdrehsicherung brauchen sie das Montagespiel jedoch nicht mehr restlos aufzufüllen, sodass zwischen den Schaufelfüssen ein genügend grosser freier Raum verbleibt, in dem thermische Dehnungen frei gewährt sind.
    FIG. 3 shows a plurality of blade roots anchored in a peripheral groove with a further arrangement of connecting pieces according to the invention. The blade roots 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d each have on their side facing the groove bottom two parallel depressions, which are arranged on both sides of the blade root center. In both wells short connectors 5a, 5b, 5c are inserted. Each connecting piece in each case connects a blade root pair, wherein the connecting pieces arranged parallel next to one another are each offset by one blade root. For example, a connecting piece 5a is inserted in the first recess of the two blade feet 1a and 1b, connecting them and securing them against rotation. A second connecting piece 5b is inserted in the second, parallel recess of the blade feet 1b and 1c, wherein it connects this blade root pair. The next connecting piece 5c is again inserted in the recess on the first side of the blade feet and connects the blade roots 1c and 1d.
    FIGS. 4a to 4e show the assembly of the last blade of the circumferential groove and the locking of its blade root with the adjacent blade roots by means of the connecting pieces according to the invention.
    FIG. 4 a shows blade roots 11 and 12, which are spaced from the blade roots 13 and 14 by a mounting gap in the circumferential groove 2. The blade roots 11 and 12 are connected to each other with connecting pieces 5d and 5e. They both extend, for example, over several blade feet. The blade roots 13 and 14 are interconnected and secured by means of connecting pieces 5f and 5g.
    FIG. 4b shows the same circumferential groove 2 with the last blade, the blade root 15 of which has been anchored in the mounting gap of the groove 2. The depressions 4 of the blade root 15 are still empty here, so the blade root is not yet secured against rotation. The locking of this last blade root proceeds as follows according to FIGS. 4c-e: The blade root 12 is first pushed over the remaining gap next to the blade root 15 so that the ends of the connecting pieces 5d and 5e become visible. The connecting piece 5d is then pulled in the same direction until its end comes to lie in the recess 4 of the blade root 12. The assembly and locking is completed by slightly increasing the gaps between all the blade roots in the circumferential groove, so that the gap left after the last blade has been assembled is distributed over the entire circumferential groove. Intermediate pieces fill these remaining columns.
    It results that almost all blade feet are secured by means of two parallel connecting pieces against rotation and the remaining blade feet are secured at least by means of a connecting piece. This ensures that none of the blades can twist and fall out of the groove.
    The spacers are a known component and are not shown here. They are dimensioned so that they can reduce the assembly game and during the turbine operation no larger gap can form, which could disturb the smoothness of the rotor. Thanks to the anti-rotation device, however, they no longer need to fill up the assembly play completely so that a sufficiently large free space remains between the blade feet, in which thermal expansions are freely granted.

    Claims (9)

    1. Rotor blades on a rotor (3) of a turbomachine, the rotor blades each having a blade root in the form of a T or hammerhead (1) which is anchored in a peripheral groove (2) on the rotor (3) of the turbomachine, characterized in that the rotor blades in the region of the hammerhead (1) are secured against twisting in order to prevent them falling out of the peripheral groove, the blade root having a recess (4) or opening running in the longitudinal direction of the peripheral groove in the region of the hammerhead (1) and a connecting piece (5) arranged in the recess (4) or opening, which connecting piece (5) extends over at least two blade roots in the region of the hammerhead (1), wherein installation clearance for accommodating thermal expansions is present between the rotor blades in the peripheral groove (2) and the connecting piece can be displaced relative to the blade roots.
    2. Rotor blades according to Claim 1, characterized in that the blade roots (1) each have two recesses (4) or openings, in each of which a connecting piece is arranged.
    3. Rotor blades according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the at least one recess (4) is respectively arranged on the side of the blade root (1) facing towards the bottom of the groove of the peripheral groove (2) and has a rectangular cross section, and in that the connecting piece (5), which is laid in each case into the at least one recess (4), is a shaped piece of the same rectangular cross section.
    4. Rotor blades according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the opening on the blade root (1) is a bore opening and in that the connecting piece consists of a wire of the same diameter which is pushed into the bore opening.
    5. Rotor blades according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the connecting pieces (5) extend over almost the complete periphery of the groove and connect almost all the blade roots (1) to form one blade pack.
    6. Rotor blades according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the connecting pieces (5) extend over two or more blade roots (1) and connect the latter to form a plurality of blade packs.
    7. Rotor blades according to Claim 6, characterized in that each of the blade roots (2) has two recesses (4) or openings and the connecting pieces (5) each extend over two blade roots (1) and in that the connecting pieces, which are arranged parallel to one another, are arranged offset by one blade root.
    8. Rotor blades according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each of the blade roots (1) has a round recess (6) in which a contact pressure spring (7) is arranged.
    9. Rotor blades according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the last blade root (1) assembled into the peripheral groove (2) is locked to the adjacent blade roots by displacing one or two connecting pieces (5d, 5e).
