Claims (14)
- Elastisches Transferband (2) zur Führung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton-oder Tissuebahn in Maschinen zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben, im Bereich der Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung und/oder der folgenden Trockenpartie zur Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich das Transferband (2) bei der Abnahme der Faserstoffbahn (1) von einem Übergabeelement (5) mit der gleichen oder einer nur geringfügig höheren Geschwindigkeit als das Übergabeelement (5) bewegt, sich das Transferband (2) bei der Abgabe der Faserstoffbahn (1) an ein Übernahmeelement (3) mit der gleichen oder einer nur geringfügig niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit als das Übernahmeelement (3) bewegt und das Transferband (2) derart angetrieben und abgebremst wird, dass es bei der Abgabe stärker gedehnt ist als bei der Abnahme der Faserstoffbahn (1). - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Transferband (2) von Leitwalzen (8, 11, 4) angetrieben oder abgebremst wird, wobei zumindest eine, im Bereich der Abgabe der Faserstoffbahn (1) oder danach angeordnete Leitwalze (4) schneller rotiert als zumindest eine, im Bereich der Abnahme der Faserstoffbahn (1) oder danach angeordnete Leitwalze (8, 11). - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine im Bereich der Abnahme der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnete Walze (11) etwa die gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie eine folgende Leitwalze (8) hat. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die schnell rotierende Leitwalze (4) nach dem Bereich der Abgabe der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet ist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Geschwindigkeit des Transferbandes (2) bei der Abnahme (4) um 0,2 % bis 5,0 %, vorzugsweise um 0,5 % bis 4,0 % geringer als während der Abgabe der Faserstoffbahn (1) an das Übernahmeelement (3) ist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Transferband (2) zwischen der Pressenpartie und der Trockenpartie verläuft. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faserstoffbahn (1) in der Pressenpartie ständig von zumindest einer Walze oder einem Band geführt wird. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Transferband (2) die Faserstoffbahn (1) ohne freien Zug von dem Übergabeelement (5) abnimmt, und/oder die Faserstoffbahn (1) ohne freien Zug an das Übernahmeelement (3) abgibt. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Übergabeelement (5) eine Walze oder eine Band, vorzugsweise ein Band in Form eines Pressfilzes (6) ist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Übernahmeelement (3) eine Walze oder ein Band, vorzugsweise eine Walze in Form eines Trockenzylinders (7) oder einer besaugten Walze ist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Transferband (2) luftdurchlässig ist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
auf der, der Faserstoffbahn (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Transferbandes (2) Saugvorrichtungen angeordnet sind. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Transferband (2) eine möglichst glatte Oberfläche aufweist. - Elastisches Transferband (2) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass
die zwischen der Abnahme und der Abgabe der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnete Leitwalze (8) des Transferbandes (2) als besaugte Walze ausgeführt ist.
