Claims (5)
- Elektrostatische Pulverbeschichtungsanlage, mit einer Kabine, deren unterer Teil V-förmig gestaltet ist und unten einen an eine Absaugeinrichtung (2) angeschlossenen Sammelkanal (13) aufweist und die mit zwei Stirnseiten versehen ist, die je mit einem Durchlass für die Werkstücke versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelkanal (13) mit mindestens einer begehbaren und aufrichtbaren Bodenplatte (17) bedeckt ist, wobei die Bodenplatte mindestens mit an beiden Längsseiten angeordneten Absaugschlitzen (18) und mit mindestens einer im Innern der Bodenplatte angeordneten Absaugöffnung oder einem Absaugschlitz (20) versehen ist und die Bodenplatte (17) hochklappbar und in dieser Stellung fixierbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtfläche der Schlitze und Öffnungen der Bodenplatte(n) (17) eine Funktion der Anströmgeschwindigkeit der Abluft und der Abluftmenge ist, wobei die Abluftmenge (m3/s) geteilt durch die Anströmgeschwindigkeit (m/s) die Gesamtöffnungsfläche (m2) ergibt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte(n) herausnehmbar, hochklappbar und in jeder Stellung fixierbar ist (sind).
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte(n) (17) an beiden Längsseiten mit längsgerichteten Absaugschlitzen (18), an beiden Querseiten mit quergerichteten Zwischenschlitzen (19) versehen ist (sind) und weitere quer- oder schräggerichtete Absaugschlitze (20) aufweist (aufweisen), die nach den Orten mit unterschiedlichem Pulverbefall dichter oder weniger dicht angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Längsschnitt gesehen der Sammelkanal-Boden (14) eine Höhe aufweist, die vom Anschluss (15) des Absaugrohres (2) aus gesehen abnimmt.
