Abstract

Es werden eine Siebvorrichtung und eine Verwendung einer Siebvorrichtung vorgeschlagen. Die Siebvorrichtung (1) weist einen in Schwingung versetzbaren Tragrahmen (2) und einen dazu frei schwingend gelagerten Schwingrahmen (6) auf. Ein einfacher, kompakter Aufbau bei guter Sieb- und Förderleistung wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Schwingrahmen (6) über schraubenfederartige Federelemente (5) mit dem Tragrahmen (2) federelastisch gekoppelt ist, wobei die Hauptfederachsen der Federelemente in Spannwellenschwingrichtung (7) verlaufen. Zusätzlich sind Führungselemente (11) zur beweglichen Lagerung des Schwingrahmens (6) am Tragrahmen (2) vorgesehen. Die Siebvorrichtung wird insbesondere mit einer Schwingfrequenz von mindestens 850 Schwingungen pro min bei einer mittleren Geschwindigkeit von etwa 11m/s und bei einer mittleren Beschleunigung des Schwingrahmens relativ zum Tragrahmen von etwa 2,2m/s2 betrieben.

A simple, compact structure with good sieving and conveying capacity is achieved in that the oscillating frame (6) is spring-elastically coupled to the supporting frame (2) via helical spring-like spring elements (5), the main spring axes of the spring elements running in the tensioning shaft oscillation direction (7). In addition, guide elements (11) are provided for the movable mounting of the oscillating frame (6) on the support frame (2). The screening device is operated in particular at an oscillation frequency of at least 850 oscillations per min at an average speed of approximately 11 m / s and at an average acceleration of the oscillating frame relative to the supporting frame of approximately 2.2 m / s 2 .
