  • one switch When the angle of inclination of supporting section 6 changes, one switch will first be moved to its lower or upper position. The moment the angle of inclination of guide unit 8 changes, also the second switch will be moved to the lower or the upper position, and the motor of adjusting unit 31 will be activated to adjust the angle between guide unit 8 and frame 7. Adjusting unit 31 will be deactivated as soon as guide unit 8 has reached the new angle of inclination and one of the two switches has moved to the central position.
  • the degree to which an adjustment to the various angles of inclination is to be made can be set by storing information on successive angles of inclination of the supporting section 6 on an information carrier, which is connected to the control unit of adjusting unit 31. Also an embodiment wherein the switches are capable of accurately measuring the changes in the angle of inclination is possible.
  • the adjusting unit 31 can only function when the lift motor 18 is activated.
  • the direction of rotation of the motor of adjusting unit 31 depends on the direction of rotation of the lift motor 18 (lift moving up and down), and it is controlled by the position of the switches (up or down). If the bending radius of the vertical bends in supporting section 6 is the same, there will be a difference in the distance travelled in an inside bend and an outside bend (seen in the vertical plane). This can be overcome by having the speed of the movement of adjusting unit 31 depend on the position of the two switches. This dependence can also be used for decelerating and accelerating near vertical bends, whereby the speed depends on a change in the position of one of the two switches.
  • the lift may be fitted with two stop switches, which limit the travel of guide unit 8 on supporting section 6.
  • the angles of inclination in certain parts of supporting section 6 are known, so that it is possible to incorporate a facility in the control system by which the position of frame 7 is determined and corrected, if necessary, when the lift is at a standstill in such a part, for example at the stop switches. This may for example be done by measuring the angle between frame 7 and guide unit 8 at the pivoting point.
  • an electronic level is incorporated in frame 7, which checks its position continuously and corrects it, if necessary, and which stops the lift when the deviation is found to be too large.
  • the use of the lift assembly as described above enables relatively quick and easy installation of the lift assembly, even without measuring the staircase precisely in advance. All elements can be reduced with hand tools and made to size by means of said tools. The installation of a lift system has thus become relatively easy.
  • the dismounting of the lift assembly can take place in a simple manner, such that the parts can be reused after being disassembled. It is possible thereby to sort the used parts and store them until certain parts can be reused. It is also possible, however, starting from an existing lift assembly which is to be removed, to form a new lift assembly, and that to size, for another staircase. By measuring both the old staircase and the new one it is then possible to determine by means of a relatively simple calculation which parts of the old lift assembly can remain unchanged, which parts are to be reduced and/or which parts are to be supplemented with parts to be added.

Claims (16)

  1. Ensemble élévateur comprenant un système à rail qui comporte un tronçon de support (6) et un élévateur (7), par exemple un élévateur de siège pour personne handicapée, comprenant une unité rotative de guidage (8) mobile le long du tronçon de support (6), dans lequel l'élévateur (7) peut présenter un mouvement ascendant et descendant avec divers angles d'inclinaison, l'élévateur (7) comprenant un chariot et un dispositif destiné à maintenir le chariot pratiquement en position prédéterminée pendant son déplacement, ce dispositif comprenant une surface de guidage (36) constituée d'une partie de la surface du tronçon de support (6) et le long de laquelle un dispositif de détection (34, 35) monté sur l'élévateur (7) peut se déplacer pour l'ajustement de la position du chariot, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection (34, 35) détecte un changement d'angle d'inclinaison du tronçon de support (6), et la position du chariot est ajustée en fonction de cette détection.
  2. Ensemble élévateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection comporte au moins un galet (34, 35) qui peut rouler sur la surface de guidage (36).
  3. Ensemble élévateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de support (6) a une dimension constante en coupe pratiquement sur toute sa longueur.
  4. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de support (6) est un tube pratiquement circulaire.
  5. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système à rail comporte une surface de support (13) pratiquement sur toute sa longueur, et en ce que l'élévateur (7) comprend un dispositif de stabilisation (37) qui est en butée contre la surface de support, le dispositif de stabilisation comprenant un galet qui peut rouler sur la surface de support, si bien que l'élévateur (7) ne peut pas tourner autour du tronçon de support (6), et le dispositif de stabilisation comporte de préférence un galet (37) qui peut rouler sur la surface de support (13).
  6. Ensemble élévateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support est constituée de la surface latérale d'une crémaillère (13) montée sur le tronçon de support (6).
  7. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une crémaillère (13) est montée sur le tronçon de support (6), cette crémaillère pouvant être en prise avec un pignon mené (14) de l'élévateur (7).
  8. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection se déplace le long de la surface de guidage à distance de l'unité de guidage (8).
  9. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection se déplace le long de la surface de guidage à distance de l'unité de guidage à la fois devant et derrière l'unité de guidage (8).
  10. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie du dispositif de détection qui se déplace le long de la surface de guidage est raccordée à l'unité de guidage (8) par un bras qui peut pivoter.
  11. Ensemble élévateur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de guidage (8) comprend un interrupteur qui peut commuter en fonction de la position du bras qui peut pivoter.
  12. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection est connecté à un moteur d'ajustement qui peut maintenir le chariot en position fixe.
  13. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse à laquelle le chariot est réglé et/ou la vitesse de l'élévateur (7) dépend de la position du bras qui peut pivoter.
  14. Ensemble élévateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de correction est incorporé afin qu'il exécute une correction d'erreur de la position du chariot.
  15. Ensemble élévateur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de correction mesure l'angle formé entre le chariot et l'élévateur (7) sur une partie du guide de support qui a un angle d'inclinaison qui est connu.
  16. Procédé de déplacement d'un élévateur (7), par exemple un élévateur à siège pour personne handicapée, le long d'un système à rail comprenant un tronçon de support (6), dans lequel l'élévateur (7), qui comprend une unité rotative de guidage (8), est déplacé le long du tronçon de support (6), dans lequel l'élévateur (7) se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas à divers angles d'inclinaison, l'élévateur (7) comprenant un chariot et un dispositif destiné à maintenir le chariot pratiquement en position prédéterminée pendant le déplacement, et un dispositif de détection (34, 35) monté sur l'élévateur (7) pouvant se déplacer le long d'une surface de guidage (36) constituée d'une partie de la surface du tronçon de support (6) pour l'ajustement de la position du chariot, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection (34, 35) détecte un changement de l'angle d'inclinaison du tronçon de support (6), et la position du chariot est ajustée en fonction de cette détection.
