Claims (7)

  1. Unité de perforation pour une machine pour fabriquer des cartons, en particulier du papier carton ou du carton fort ondulé, ladite unité comprenant des moyens (16) pour avancer les cartons (15) entre deux rouleaux rotatifs, dont un (2) est muni d'outils de perforation tandis que l'autre (6) sert comme matrice de perforation, le rouleau d'outil étant muni d'un moyen (3) qui permet aux outils de perforation d'être montés à des positions désirées sur le rouleau, l'unité de perforation comprenant au moins deux rouleaux d'outil (1, 2), des moyens (11 à 13, 7, 8) pour amener un rouleau d'outil facultatif à prendre une position de travail adjacente au rouleau de matrice (6) tandis qu'au même instant l'autre rouleau d'outil prend une position prête, dans laquelle il est accessible pour monter les outils de perforation, et des moyens (20) pour verrouiller temporairement les rouleaux d'outil dans les positions prises, lequel verrouillage est facilement libérable pour changer les positions des rouleaux, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage (20, 21) comprennent des éléments de blocage (20) qui sont conçus pour dépasser dans des évidements dans les périphéries des disques revolvers (7, 8).
  2. Unité de perforation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux d'outil (1, 2) sont montés avec faculté de rotation dans les paliers dans le disque revolver commun (7, 8) à chaque extrémité, et que des moyens (11) sont conçus pour faire tourner de manière synchrone les deux disques revolvers lors de changement entre les positions des rouleaux.
  3. Unité de perforation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'en dehors desdits rouleaux d'outil (1, 2), elle comprend également un rouleau d'avancée qui est monté dans des paliers dans les disques revolvers (8, 9) et qui en coopération avec le rouleau de matrice (6) est conçu pour laisser les cartons (15) passer à travers l'unité lorsqu'aucune perforation n'est désirée.
  4. Unité de perforation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux d'outil (1, 2) sont conçus pour se déplacer le long d'un arc circulaire commun lors du changement entre les deux positions.
  5. Unité de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la surface périphérique des disques revolvers (7, 8) est munie d'un revêtement de palier glissant (19) qui est conçu pour interagir avec un revêtement correspondant dans un logement de palier environnant.
  6. Unité de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les disques revolvers (7, 8) sont entraînés au moyen de roues dentées (13) ou de bords dentés qui sont disposés sur les mêmes et qui sont entraînés par un moteur (11) au moyen d'une chaîne respective (12).
  7. Unité de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage (20, 21) sont conçus pour permettre un déplacement de la position du point de perforation en liaison avec la direction d'avancée des cartons (15) par ajustement des positions de verrouillage des disques revolvers (7, 9).
