Description
The invention relates to an elevator system at the top Drive unit arranged at the end of an elevator shaft with traction sheave for the drive by means of ropes one in Elevator shaft on elevator car guided by guide elements with counterweight.
From the utility model DE-GM 88 07 219 is one Elevator became known with a from the bottom of the lower floor to the ceiling of the upper floor reaching frame as a guide element of an elevator car. The frame points below the ceiling of the upper floor a cross-beam stage for the electric motor, Elevator winch and switchgear. The elevator car slides on rollers on the inside of angle iron of the frame. The elevator ropes are over two Deflection pulleys that are at the level of the stage fed to a rope drum and opened or closed in opposite directions settled.
A disadvantage of the known device is that the arrangement of the drive unit and the cable guide not suitable for an elevator system with a counterweight. Another disadvantage is that the below the ceiling arranged drive unit with motor and elevator winch and switchgear for maintenance work with difficulty are reachable. From the document JP 01267286 there is an elevator Elevator car and counterweight and one in Shaft head arranged elevator drive become known. The pull / suspension cable runs from a first fixed point a pulley arranged on the counterweight, then over a traction sheave of the elevator drive, then over at the Bottom of the elevator car arranged pulleys and from these to a second fixed point.
The disadvantage of this rope guide is that the traction sheave or the elevator drive must be arranged upright, which in turn results in a higher shaft head.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.
The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention,
as characterized in
The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see that the elevator system none Engine room needed, which is the usual necessary and expensive roof structures or Basement rooms for the machine room are eliminated. Further It is advantageous that minimal shaft dimensions are possible in particular in the drive-over area. Another decisive advantage is that the elevator system regardless of the building structure and the load capacity of the Manhole cover is because the elevator installation according to the invention only a self-supporting elevator shaft is required.
