Claims (15)
- Prospektzug mit zumindest zwei an einer Last (30) angreifenden Tragseilen (22), die über eine Ümlenkrolle (14) laufen und an einem Schlitten (6) geführt sind, dessen Relativposition zum Anheben oder Absenken der Last (30) über einen Linearantrieb (2) veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb ein Elektromotor (2) ist, dessen Rotor (44) eine Spindel (4) antreibt, über die die Relativposition des Schlittens (6) veränderbar ist.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei der Rotor (44) in Eingriff mit der Spindel (4) steht, so daß diese entweder linear verschiebbar oder drehbar ist, so daß der Schlitten (6) zur Übertragung der Spindelbewegung entweder direkt an die Spindel (4) angekoppelt ist oder mit dieser in gewindeähnlichem Eingriff steht.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schlitten (6) über eine Übersetzung (20) in Wirkverbindung mit der Last (30) steht.
- Prospektzug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, mit einem Drehzahlsensor (84) oder einem Drehgeber (122) zur Ermittlung der Spindelposition und Vorschubgeschwindigkeit.
- Prospektzug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, mit einer auf die Spindel (4) wirkenden Bremse (72, 74).
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei zwei Bremsen (72, 74) axial hintereinanderliegend angeordnet sind und/oder die Bremse (72,74) in der Grundposition in Eingriff steht.
- Prospektzug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei der Rotor (44) drehfest mit einer von der Spindel (4) durchsetzten Hohlwelle (42) ausgebildet ist, die über eine Wellenlagerung (48, 50) in einem Motorgehäuse (32) gelagert ist, und die drehfest mit einem Übertragungselement (64) verbunden ist, das in gewindeähnlichem Eingriff mit der Spindel (4) steht.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 7, wobei der Spindel (4) zumindest ein Anschlag (36) oder Endschalter zur Begrenzung der Vorschubbewegung zugeordnet ist.
- Prospektzug nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Rotor (44) drehfest mit der Spindel (4) verbunden ist.
- Prospektzug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, mit einer Schiene (8), entlang der der Schlitten (6) durch Betätigung der Spindel (4) verschiebbar ist.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 10, wobei die Schiene (8) eine Umlenkung (10) für die Tragseile (22) trägt, deren Umlenkrollen (12, 14) gemeinsam mit Seilrollen (16, 18) des Schlittens (6) eine Übersetzung in Form eines Flaschenzugs (20) bilden.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 11, wobei die Spindelachse etwa in der von der Schiene aufgespannten Schienenebene liegt.
- Prospektzug nach Patentanspruch 12, wobei die Seil- und Umlenkrollen (12, 14, 16, 18) etwa in der Schienenebene liegend angeordnet sind.
- Prospektzug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Motorgehäuse (32) flüssigkeitsgekühlt ist.
- Linearantrieb, insbesondere für einen Prospektzug gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, mit einem Elektromotor (2), dessen Rotor (44) eine Spindel (4) antreibt, über die die Relativposition einer eine Last (30) tragenden Einrichtung (6), beispielsweise eines die Tragseile (22) des Prospektzuges (1) tragenden Schlittens (6) veränderbar ist.
