Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur digitalen Daten-Rundfunkübertragung, bei dem Informationen eines Auftraggebers in Form digitaler Zusatzinformationen über Rundfunkdienste nach physikalischen Kriterien strukturiert an Kunden geleitet werden, die in Reaktion hierzu Dienste des Auftraggebers in Anspruch nehmen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Informationen mehrerer Auftraggeber an ein Studio geliefert werden, dass danach in diesem Studio die Informationen verschiedener Auftraggeber zusätzlich nach logischen und physikalischen Kriterien, die auf einer Menüführung eines Endgerätes abgebildet werden, strukturiert verbunden werden und erst danach zusammen mit der Menüführung zu den unterschiedlichen Kunden über das Rundfunksystem übertragen und dort mittels der übertragenen Menüführung nach den enthaltenen Informationen und nach benutzerdefinierten Kriterien verarbeitet werden, wobei mehrere Übertragungskanäle multiplex ausgewertet und benutzerdefiniert gefiltert werden und in Reaktion auf die verarbeiteten Ergebnisse Dienstleistungen eines oder mehrerer Auftraggeber(s) in Anspruch genommen werden, wobei die vom Benutzer ausgewerteten Informationen über einen Rückkanal zum Studio übertragen werden. - Verfahren zur digitalen Daten-Rundkfunkübertragung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass aufbereitete Informationen in einen Studio-Ausgangsdatenstrom integriert zur Sendeabwicklung gebracht werden unddass empfangsseitig alle Daten multiplex aufgenommen, benutzerdefiniert gefiltert, gespeichert und nach Benutzeranweisungen sortiert und selektiert werden.
- Verfahren zur digitalen Daten-Rundfunkübertragung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass für mobile Anwendungen zusätzlich ein GPS-Empfänger (Positionsbestimmungssystem) integriert ist, der mittels implementierter Rückkanaltechnik als individuelles Notrufsystem arbeitet. - Schaltungsanordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Patentansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass an die Datenverbindungen zur Auftragsannahme eine Datenredaktion mit einem Rechnernetz zur Verarbeitung der Daten, zur logischen und physikalischen Aufbereitung der Daten und eine Ausgangsschaltung zur Strukturierung und Übertragung in das Rundfunknetz angeschlossen sind unddass empfängerseitig eine Eingabeeinrichtung für verbraucherdefinierte und inhaltsspezifische Verarbeitungskriterien zur Steuerung der Auswerteeinrichtung der logischen und physikalischen Datenstrukturen sowie eine Ausgabeeinheit angeordnet sind.
