Claims (24)
- Procédé de pose de bande d'affichage sur un panneau d'affichage subdivisé en plusieurs panneaux partiels qui présentent chacun deux bords longitudinaux et deux bords frontaux, comprenantun découpage de l'affiche en bandes présentant un avers et un revers, etune insertion d'une bande d'affiche découpée entre un panneau partiel et, le long de chaque bord longitudinal de ce panneau partiel, au moins un élément de retenue s'étendant de manière à recouvrir au moins une zone marginale de la bande,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outreune adhésion entre le revers de chaque bande et un premier ruban adhésif simple face et/ou entre l'avers de chaque bande et un deuxième ruban adhésif simple face en matière transparente, et,après l'insertion susdite d'une partie avant de bande d'affiche ainsi pourvue d'au moins un ruban adhésif simple face à une première extrémité du panneau partiel, une application d'une force de poussée et/ou de traction sur cette partie avant de façon à entraíner la bande vers une deuxième extrémité du panneau partiel, opposée à la première, avec coulissement de la bande entre le panneau partiel et lesdits au moins un élément de retenue. - Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'adhésion dudit premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face sur la bande découpée.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'adhésion entre ledit premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face et l'affiche non découpée et le découpage de l'affiche en bandes munies dudit premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, avant l'adhésion, une alimentation en continu dudit premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face, puis, après l'adhésion et le découpage, un enroulement du premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face qui supporte en succession toutes les bandes découpées d'une affiche, un déroulement d'une première bande d'affiche enroulée avec l'insertion susdite de sa partie avant, et, à la fin dudit coulissement, un sectionnement du premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif à proximité d'un bord arrière de ladite première bande, puis un déroulement d'une deuxième bande d'affiche enroulée, et ainsi de suite.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face est en une matière antifriction, présentant une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle et une bonne résistance à la déchirure.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou deuxième ruban adhésif simple face est en une matière choisie parmi le groupe constitué par les polypropylènes, les polyesters, et les chlorures de polyvinyle.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un agencement de panneaux partiels l'un à côté de l'autre dans une position fixe, de manière à former un panneau d'affichage stationnaire.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une subdivision d'un panneau d'affichage stationnaire en panneaux partiels fixes par fixation sur le panneau d'affichage stationnaire d'éléments de retenue qui délimitent chaque panneau partiel.
- procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un agencement de prismes rotatifs à plusieurs faces, l'un à côté de l'autre, les faces des prismes rotatifs formant les panneaux partiels susdits.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite insertion comprend une introduction de bords latéraux de la partie avant d'une bande d'affiche découpée entre un panneau partiel et au moins un élément de retenue s'étendant depuis chaque bord longitudinal de ce panneau partiel de manière à recouvrir une zone marginale de la bande et à laisser non recouverte une zone centrale et en ce que l'application d'une force s'effectue sur la zone centrale non recouverte.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une dépose d'affiche, qui comporte un détachement des bandes par application d'une force de poussée et/ou de traction sur une extrémité de chaque bande et un coulissement de celle-ci hors desdits au moins un élément de retenue.
- Procédé suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que, après l'insertion des bords latéraux de la partie avant de bande d'affiche à une première extrémité du panneau partiel, il comprendune introduction d'un premier élément de pinçage entre le panneau partiel et la zone centrale d'un bord avant de ladite partie avant de bande d'affiche,un pinçage de cette zone centrale du bord avant entre ledit premier élément de pinçage et un deuxième élément de pinçage,ladite application d'une force de poussée et/ou de traction sur les éléments de pinçage en position pincée,un arrêt de cette application lorsque la partie avant de bande d'affiche a été entraínée à la deuxième extrémité du panneau partiel, etune libération du bord avant pincé par écartement entre le premier élément de pinçage et le deuxième élément de pinçage.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'arrêt de l'application de la force provoque une libération automatique du bord avant.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de prismes rotatifs formés de plusieurs lames détachables qui présentent chacune une desdites plusieurs faces, il comprend en outre, avant ladite insertion, un pinçage d'un élément de fixation d'un profilé à section en forme de V entre deux lames voisines montées, de façon qu'une première aile du profilé en V soit appliquée au moins partiellement contre la face d'une première desdites deux lames voisines, approximativement sur la totalité de la longueur de celle-ci, et qu'une deuxième aile du profilé en V soit appliquée au moins partiellement contre la face d'une deuxième desdites deux lames voisines, approximativement sur la totalité de la longueur de celle-ci, les ailes du profilé en V ainsi appliquées étant lesdits éléments de retenue.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que, en position insérée de ses bords latéraux, la zone centrale non recouverte susdite de la partie avant de la bande d'affiche présente une largeur supérieure à la somme des largeurs des zones marginales recouvertes et en ce que le pinçage de cette zone centrale a lieu sensiblement sur toute sa largeur.
- Dispositif de pose de bandes d'affiche (5) pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprendun premier élément de pinçage (20) à introduire entre un panneau partiel (2-4; 43; 56) et la zone centrale (22) de la partie avant de bande d'affiche dont les bords latéraux sont en position d'insertion susdite à une extrémité du panneau partiel,un deuxième élément de pinçage (21) agencé par rapport au premier élément de pinçage (20), de manière à permettre entre eux deux un mouvement relatif entre une position de pinçage de ladite partie avant et une position d'écartement, dans laquelle la partie avant est libérée,des moyens d'entraínement (23, 24) des premier et deuxième éléments de pinçage (20, 21) le long du panneau partiel, qui permettent un coulissement des bords latéraux de la bande d'affiche (5) à poser dans lesdits éléments de retenue (13, 14; 49, 50),et des moyens de commande (26, 30-38) du mouvement relatif susdit entre le premier élément de pinçage (20) et le deuxième élément de pinçage (21).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens d'arrêt et de libération (32-38) qui bloquent, d'une part, les moyens d'entraínement dans une position de coulissement finale et simultanément, d'autre part, servent de moyen de commande actionnant un écartement entre lesdits premier et deuxième éléments de pinçage.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un support entraínable (23) par lesdits moyens d'entraínement sur lequel sont montés lesdits premier et deuxième éléments de pinçage (20, 21) et les moyens d'arrêt et de libération (32-38).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de pinçage est une lame mince (20) rigide montée de manière fixe sur le support (23) et en ce que le deuxième élément de pinçage est une contre-lame élastique (21) montée sur le support (23) de manière à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement de translation vers et inversement loin de la lame mince (20).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de pinçage (21) est relié au support (23) par une poignée de pinçage (26) qui est montée sur le support de manière à être rappelée dans une position de rappel dans laquelle les éléments de pinçage (20, 21) sont en position écartée et de manière à pouvoir être verrouillée dans la position de pinçage des éléments de pinçage et en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt et de libération (32-38) déverrouillent la poignée (26) verrouillée lorsqu'ils bloquent les moyens d'entraínement (23, 24).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'arrêt et de libération comprennent une surface de butée (33) agencée sur le support (23) de manière à être rappelée dans une position écartée de support et à se rapprocher du support lors d'un appui de la surface de butée (33) sur une contre-butée fixe (39), pendant l'entraínement du support, et un élément de verrouillage (35) qui est relié de manière fixe à la surface de butée (33), et qui, dans la position de rappel de celle-ci, verrouille la poignée de pinçage et, lors d'un rapprochement entre la surface de butée (33) et le support (23) sous l'effet d'un appui sur ladite contre-butée (39), déverrouille la poignée de pinçage (26) et libère les éléments de pinçage (20, 21).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont constitués d'une perche qui supporte lesdits premier et deuxième éléments de pinçage (20, 21).
- Panneau d'affichage (40) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, 10 à 13 et 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé de panneaux partiels fixes (43) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre et portant le long de chacun de leurs bords longitudinaux ledit au moins un élément de retenue (47-50).
- Panneau d'affichage (40) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, 8, 10 à 13 et 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'un seul panneau stationnaire (42) et en ce que le panneau stationnaire porte des éléments de retenue susdits (49, 50, 55) qui le subdivisent en panneaux partiels fixes (56).
