Description
- La figure 1 est une vue latérale d'un vantail de portail automatique équipée du dispositif de l'invention ;
- La figure 2 est une vue du profilé élastique équipant le vantail de la figure 1 dans lequel est logé le dispositif de l'invention ;
- La figure 3 est une vue selon la coupe longitudinale A-A de la figure 2 ;
- La figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une forme de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention ;
- La figure 5 est une représentation schématique du dispositif de l'invention.
- un état haut si la tension aux bornes des diodes 20, 21 (tension d'entrée) est comprise dans une fenêtre définie par deux tensions encadrant la tension de seuil de la diode 20, 21 qui est passante,
- un état bas si la tension d'entrée est en dehors de cette fenêtre.
Dès qu'un obstacle bute sur le profilé élastique 4, il exerce une action X qui tend le câble 11.
Si le câble 11 est rompu, le noyau 17 est repoussé par le ressort 23 dans le sens opposé à celui du cas précédent, ce qui interrompt le contact entre les lames conductrices 15, 16 et les bagues 18, 19.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de sécurité pour barre palpeuse associée au vantail (1) d'un portail automatique, comportant un câble (11) de direction transversale au déplacement du dit vantail (1) et dont une première extrémité est fixe par rapport au vantail (1), la seconde extrémité étant liée à un noyau (17) mobile par rapport au vantail (1) suivant une direction sensiblement parallèle au câble (11) et apte à modifier l'état d'un circuit électrique commandant des moyens d'actionnement du vantail (1), ledit noyau mobile (17) comprenant des moyens de conduction électrique, caractérisé en ce que le noyau mobile (17) est de forme générale cylindrique et en ce que les moyens de conduction électrique comportent deux bagues (18, 19) en matériau conducteur.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de conduction électrique comportent des moyens de contact glissant.
- Dispositif de sécurité pour barre palpeuse associée au vantail (1) d'un portail automatique, comportant un câble (11) de direction transversale au déplacement du dit vantail (1) et dont une première extrémité est fixe par rapport au vantail (1), la seconde extrémité étant liée à des moyens mobiles par rapport au vantail (1) et aptes à modifier l'état d'un circuit électrique commandant des moyens d'actionnement du vantail (1), caractérisé en ce que les dits moyens mobiles comprennent des moyens de conduction électrique intégrés au dit circuit électrique et reliés entre eux par au moins un composant électronique de sécurité.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant électronique de sécurité est une diode (20, 21).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux diodes (20, 21) montées en opposition dans le circuit électrique.
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une carte électronique (25) apte à analyser en permanence l'état du composant électronique de sécurité (20, 21).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une carte électronique (25) apte à analyser en permanence la tension aux bornes de la ou des diodes (20, 21).
- Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la carte électronique (25) comporte un comparateur à fenêtre (26) ainsi qu'un dispositif de mise en forme et d'amplification du signal (27).
