- dass die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung durch die drehzahlkonstante Regelung durch die erste Drehzahlregelungseinheit als Speedmaster der Walzstraße betreibbar ist.
Claims (7)
- Regeleinrichtung für eine Walzstrasse mit mindestens einem Walzgerüst (3) und einer bezüglich des Walzgerüsts (3) auslaufseitigen, z. B. als S-Rolle ausgebildeten Rollenanordnung (4),wobei die Regeleinrichtung als Massenflussregelung ausgebildet ist, mittels derer die Banddicke eines in der Walzstrasse zu walzenden Metallbandes regelbar ist,wobei die Regeleinrichtung eine der Rollenanordnung (4) zugeordnete erste Drehzahlregelungseinheit (5) aufweist,der ersten Drehzahlregelungseinheit (5) ein fester Drehzahlsollwert für die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) vorgebbar ist, der eine auslaufseitige Sollbandgeschwindigkeit (V1*) des zu walzenden Metallbandes festlegt, und dassdie auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) durch die drehzahlkonstante Regelung durch die erste Drehzahlregelungseinheit (5) als Speedmaster der Walzstrasse betreibbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die eine zweite Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) aufweist, die einer z. B. als S-Rolle ausgebildeten einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) der Walzstraße zugeordnet ist und mittels derer die Drehzahl der einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) in Abhängigkeit vom Drehzahlsollwert (V1*) der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4), der Sollbanddicke (H0*) des Metallbandes am Einlauf der Walzstraße und der Abweichung (Δh0) der Banddicke von dieser Sollbanddicke (H0*) regelbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der der zweiten Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) ein Steuerelement (7) zugeordnet ist, welches die zweite Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) in Abhängigkeit von der vorgebbaren einlaufseitigen Sollbanddicke (H0*) und der Abweichung (Δh0) der Banddicke von dieser Sollbanddicke (H0*) steuert.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der das Steuerelement (7) der zweiten Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) über ein erstes Massenflussregelglied (8) an ein Banddickenmessgerät (9) angeschlossen ist das in Bandlaufrichtung stromab der einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) der Walzstraße angeordnet ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die eine dritte Drehzahlregelungseinheit (10) aufweist, die dem Walzgerüst (3) zugeordnet ist und mittels derer die Drehzahl des Walzgerüsts (3) in Abhängigkeit von dem für die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) vorgegebenen festen Drehzahlsollwert (V1*) unter Berücksichtigung von im Bereich des Walzgerüsts (3) auftretenden Arbeitspunktverschiebungen regelbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die dritte Drehzahlregelungseinheit (10) an ein zweites Massenflussregelglied (11) angeschlossen ist, das an ein in Bandlaufrichtung stromauf des Walzgerüsts (3) angeordnetes erstes Bandzugmesselement (12) und an ein in Bandlaufrichtung stromab des Walzgerüsts (3) angeordnetes zweites Bandzugmesselement (13) angeschlossen ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der dem Walzgerüst (3) eine Zugregeleinheit (14), die an das erste Bandzugmesselement (12) angeschlossen und mittels derer der Einlaufzug des Walzgerüsts (3) über die Anstellung desselben durch einen ersten Regelalgorithmus kontrollierbar ist, und eine Gerüstregeleinheit (15) zugeordnet sind, mittels derer über einen zweiten Regelalgorithmus und einen Antrieb des Walzgerüsts (3) als Stellglied ein über einen Walzspalt des Walzgerüsts (3) konstanter Zugverlauf realisierbar ist.
