Abstract

Ein aus zwei Gehäuseschalen (10, 11) zusammengesetzter Rauchgas-Wärmetauscher weist einen mit einer Brennkammer (15) gekoppelten Rauchgaseinlass (16) und einen den Rauchgaseinlass (16) mit einem Rauchgasauslass (25) verbindenden Rauchgaskanal (17) auf. An wenigstens einer der Innenwände (31, 32) des Rauchgaskanals (17) ist wenigstens eine Querrippe (26 bis 30) vorgesehen, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer Strömungsrichtung des Rauchgases erstreckt. Durch die Querrippe lässt sich der Wirkungsgrad des Wärmetauschers verbessern.
