Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a planing device on machines for Ice conditioning for use in the area near the strip of ice, with a knife, which with its wearer on the left Machine side, preferably on the side wall of the at Machine existing planing slide is mounted, which with his skids rests on the ice surface.
At the ice edge the gang will be on public ice skating and ice hockey games by braking the user snow (Ice rub) piled up. By the most ice making machines mounted rotating strip broom becomes this snow only insufficiently removed. Especially with a large amount of snow thaws the snow, which grows down a layer of ice, against Which of the gang brooms is powerless. This to the gang Rising ice can from the planing aggregate of Ice machine can not be achieved because the outer edge of the Sliding carriage is formed by the sled runner and the Planer knife only starts inside the sled runner. These Arrangement is mandatory for ice making reasons. The grown Ice edge is disturbing for ice hockey players (playing with the puck). Very annoying this edge is also for the ice making. In close band ride with the planing slide slides Sled runner on this grown ice edge. This will the whole planer raised one-sided, resulting in the band side the problem intensified and turned away at the gang Planing side forms a depression. When the grown Ice edge is not removed regularly, the ice grows over the entire planing width to the band ever further.
At the belt curves, the abrasion problem is lower. Therefore grows there by the water order as a result of centrifugal force Experience has shown that the entire ice layer The knife edge of the However, planets can not be closer due to the radius in the band curve as 200 to 250 mm to the gang.
At the entrance / exit gate for the ice making machine that grows Ice with not one hundred percent manual removal of the Snow and water residues after departure of the machine from the Ice surface also fast. Are these undesirable heavy ice areas not planed regularly, the ice grows from the gang to the middle always further and stronger. This not only affects the ice quality, but causes also unnecessary energy costs.
The invention is based on a planing device, as in US-A-4,372,617. There is the knife by means of a gearbox (hydraulic cylinder) from an upper one Position movable in a lower working position. The disadvantage However, this device is to be seen in the fact that the driver the ice machine during the planing process on the band exactly drive, so that during the planing process neither the planing device even the gang itself is damaged.
Hobeleinsatz im Bandenbereich liegen, was wiederum anschließend
Most of the aforementioned methods require one or more separate planer rides and leave the snow after the planing use in the band area, which in turn then usually requires several trips with the strip broom until the ice edge to the band on
the entire length is really clean snow. An application of these methods during the normal, short ice-making times is completely excluded in the devices according to the items 1 and 2. Also in the method according to
The invention is therefore based on the object, a planing device of the aforementioned type so that the Ice edge at the field setting (rink) at rinks during any normal ice cream preparation without additional driving and Assembly effort can be processed continuously accurately.
The invention solves this problem according to the characteristic of the characterizing Part of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments The invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
For example, on the left side wall of the planing carriage is an inwardly inclined, extendable and lowerable Knife attached, which without additional effort of Driver's seat can be used and on the entire outer round the ice edge to the band keeps exactly right angles. The expression "holds" is deliberately chosen, as with a regular use usually not really planed, but that The knife simply scrapes off the loose snow at the edge of the strip and by the inclination of the planer this under the Carriage leads to the conveyor, the integral part of the Ice machine is. Behind the striping machine is the ice surface perpendicular to the band, in one plane with the main blade, smooth and snow-free.
Is in special circumstances, such as after a special heavily visited skating time or after several omissions of the outer lane a real planing the band edge required This is done by simply inserting the striping machine on the outer lane from the driver's seat without any additional Effort in the same way with the same result like scratching the snow off with regular use.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, especially in the dependent claims are claimed as essential to the invention, is shown below with drawings and closer explained.

The planer remains permanently installed and is in the Internal lanes in the interior of the planing carriage (12) except Intervention at rest. To use the planer is this on the way to the gang before the actual band contact by actuating a lever from the driver's seat hydraulically in Work position extended. The knife is still there after that disengaged and left on the way to the gang no traces of planing on ice. The outer side of the knife carrier (6) is limited by a sliding block (10). This shoe (10) is determined by the ride of the ice-working machine against the Skirting (11) of the band pressed. By the side Pressure on the knife carrier (6) is this with the knife (7) up to the runner bottom edge (13) of the planing carriage (12) pressed down and thus in the engaged position. Reached This is characterized in that the knife carrier (6) sliding on the Planing beam 5 is held by three round bolts, which in Knife holder (6) guided in slanted oblong holes become.
By force of a spring (8), the knife carrier (6) to the outside and the knife (7) is disengaged. By pressure of the shoe (10) against the skirting board (11) of the band the knife carrier (6) inwards and thus downwards and the Knife (7) pressed into the engaged position. The limitation of Knife engagement on the runner bottom edge (13) of the planing slide (12) is adjusted by a set screw (14).
After abandonment of the band contact, the knife function is automatic completed. The return of the planer in rest position takes place only for visual reasons.
The planer can be extended so far that the function also guaranteed in the band curves. For the lateral displacement possibility of the planer is the actual planing aggregate mounted on a slide rail (2) on the planer holder (1). The planing aggregate is moved by a hydraulic cylinder (20), the cylinder base on a second shoe (3) the slide rail (2) is slidably mounted. This shoe (3) becomes outwardly in its home position by a tension spring (9) held. Inside, the sliding distance of about 15 cm limited by a stop (23). The spring-sliding assembly the hydraulic cylinder (20) and thus the by the Hydraulic cylinder (20) moving planing unit causes a order the about 15 cm glide path floating ride along the planer the gang. This will be hard blows by any bumps cushioned the tape base and the ride of the ice-working machine needs for exact processing of the ice edge not to the millimeter to the gang, but may 15 cm.
For special applications, the planer blade by means of the adjusting screw (14) also set lower than the Schlittenkufe become. With a second set screw (15) can the planer blade also be determined in depth of engagement. This is one Planing without band contact e.g. for planing a wider one Track in the curve or in front of the open entrance / exit gate easily possible. This can be done on the outside of the Knife holder inside the shoe one in height adjustable auxiliary skid be provided, the one too deep Penetration of the knife into the ice prevented. These Repair trips are unnecessary at regular, appropriate Use of the band planer and are mainly for processing strongly grown ice surfaces at the first use of the Banded planes required in the middle of the ice season.
in seiner Grundposition gehalten.
gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. In the alternative embodiment according to Figures 4 to 6, the planing unit is also displaced by a hydraulic cylinder (20) whose cylinder base is mounted with a double slide rail (22) in a double slide bearing (21). The hydraulic cylinder is held by the tension spring (9) to the outside in its basic position. Inside, the sliding distance of about 15 cm is limited by a stop (23). With 24 a damping spring is designated.
