- le faux stator 3a est monté dans un corps 17 qui est calé dans une enveloppe-cuirasse 13,
- la collerette 7a du rotor 4a s'insère dans un alésage 20 d'un collet 14 du corps 17,
- la pastille antiperçage 8a est montée libre en rotation dans un alésage de la cuirasse 13 et comporte une collerette interne 15a qui, disposée dans un alésage 21 de la cuirasse, est calée en translation entre le corps 17 et le retour 13a de l'enveloppe-cuirasse 13.
Claims (3)
- Pastille anti-perçage universelle pour cylindre de serrure comprenant un ensemble rotor-faux stator-enveloppe dans lequel le rotor (4) est muni d'une collerette (7) venant en appui sur la face en bout du faux stator (3) et dont la fente longitudinale (6) pour une clé (5) débouche radialement de la collerette (7), ladite pastille (8) étant traversée par une fente (9) pour une clé (5) munie de moyens de liaison en rotation avec le rotor et interposée entre la collerette (7) du rotor et un collet (2a) de l'enveloppe (2), caractérisée en ce que la pastille (8, 8a) est réalisée par frittage ou moulage MIM dans un matériau résistant au perçage, tandis que ses moyens de liaison en rotation avec le rotor (4, 4a) sont constitués par un doigt (12, 12a) qui, saillant de la pastille, sensiblement radialement et en direction du rotor, est disposé longitudinalement derrière la paroi (11) de cette pastille qui est traversée par la fente (9), dans le prolongement de cette fente (9), et est apte à s'engager dans la partie de fente (6a) du rotor débouchant radialement de la collerette (7, 7a) de ce rotor, sans gêner l'engagement de la clé (5), ledit doigt (12, 12a) ayant une résistance lui permettant de casser en cas de tentative d'effraction de la serrure.
- Pastille antiperçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le doigt (12) fait saillie à l'intérieur d'un anneau (10) protégeant le faux stator (3) sur la partie postérieure de la pastille, cet anneau formant un logement coiffant la collerette (7) du rotor (4).
- Pastille antiperçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le doigt (12a) est composé d'une partie (112), liée à la pastille et saillant radialement vers l'extérieur dans le prolongement de la partie postérieure de la pastille et dans un intervalle (S), formé entre la collerette (7a) du rotor (3a) et le talon (115) de la clé (5a), et d'une partie extrême (113) coudée par rapport à la première partie en direction de la collerette (7a) en formant une saillie qui, dépassant de la face postérieure de la pastille (8a), pénètre dans la partie de la fente (6a) ménagée dans la collerette (7a) du rotor.
