Description
Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung für Beschichtungspulver gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
Claims (7)
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung für Beschichtungspulver, enthaltend einen Pulverkanal (8); einen Elektrodenhalter (24), der im stromabwärtigen Endabschnitt des Pulverkanals angeordnet ist und ein einstückiges Rohrstück (26) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material aufweist, welches einen Abschnitt des Pulverkanals bildet, wobei dessen hinterer, stromaufwärtiger Rohrstückabschnitt (28) einen kleineren Außendurchmesser hat als ein sich nach vorne daran anschließender Rohrstückabschnitt (30); eine elektrische Kontaktvorrichtung (34,38) zur Kontaktierung eines Hochspannungsleiters (20) mit einer elektrischen Verbindungsleitung (40), die sich durch den Elektrodenhalter (24) bis zu mindestens einer von ihr getragenen Hochspannungs-Elektrode (22) erstreckt, wobei die Kontaktvorrichtung (34,38) an einem nach hinten zeigenden Absatz (32) zwischen den beiden Rohrstückabschnitten (28,30) angeordnet ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Abstand zwischen der elektrischen Kontaktvorrichtung (34,38) und dem hinteren Ende des hinteren Rohrstückabschnittes (28) mindestens 1,5 cm beträgt und daß
in dem nach hinten zeigenden Absatz (32) eine den Pulverkanal (8) ringförmig mit radialem Abstand umgebende Nut (44) gebildet ist, die einerseits an einen Druckluftkanal (46) angeschlossen und andererseits mit einem sich durch den Elektrodenhalter (24) erstreckenden Luftkanal (48) in Verbindung ist, durch welchen der mindestens einen Elektrode (22) Druckluft zuführbar ist. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand maximal 4 cm beträgt.
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand im Bereich zwischen 2 cm und 3 cm liegt.
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von dem im Außendurchmesser größeren Rohrstückabschnitt (30) ein mit ihm einstückiger-Rohrstutzen (62) nach vorne ragt.
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Rohrstutzen (62) der hintere Abschnitt einer Sprühdüse (58) eingesetzt ist.
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich durch das Rohrstück (26) ein mit ihm einstöckiger Steg (56) erstreckt, von welchem im Pulverkanalzentrum ein Rohrstück (54) nach vorne ragt, welches die mindestens eine Elektrode (22) trägt.
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektrodenhalter (24) von vorne in ein Gehäuse (2) austauschbar eingesetzt ist, in welchem der Pulverkanal (8) gebildet ist.
