- une position correspondant à la partie de droite du schéma du distributeur 20 de la figure 1, dans laquelle, à l'inverse, la chambre 24 du vérin 16 est reliée au réservoir 18 et la chambre 26 du vérin 16 est reliée à la pompe d'alimentation 19.
Claims (8)
- Flèche de grue à portée variable, comprenant un bras principal (3) monté pivotant sur une tourelle de support (1), un bras auxiliaire (7) prolongeant le bras principal (3) en étant articulé à l'extrémité avant de celui-ci, un contrepoids (14) fixé sur un balancier (13) articulé à l'extrémité arrière du bras principal (3), et des moyens de liaison entre ledit bras auxiliaire (7) et ledit balancier du contrepoids (14) pour réaliser à tout moment un équilibrage total ou partiel de la flèche, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison comprennent un premier système de poulie (10',10") monté en rotation à l'extrémité avant du bras principal (3) et solidaire en rotation de l'extrémité adjacente du bras auxiliaire (7), un second système de poulie (28',28'') monté en rotation à l'extrémité arrière du bras principal (3) et solidaire en rotation de l'extrémité adjacente du balancier (13), un lien souple (27',27'') reliant un point (9) du premier système de poulie (10',10'') à un point (30',30") du second système de poulie (28',28"), et un moyen de commande (16,20) du déplacement du lien souple (27',27") assurant le pivotement simultané du bras auxiliaire (7) et du balancier (13) pour modifier la portée de la flèche en assurant l'équilibrage de celle-ci, ledit moyen de commande (16) étant porté par le bras principal (3) et étant attelé au dit lien souple (27',27") pour obtenir un bras de levier constant en maintenant constant le couple nécessaire à l'équilibrage des éléments de la flèche.
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité avant du bras principal (3) se prolonge par deux bras parallèles écartés (3',3") ménageant entre eux un espace pour l'extrémité arrière du bras auxiliaire (7), ladite extrémité arrière étant traversée par un axe d'articulation (6) tourillonnant dans des ouvertures en regard des bras (3',3'').
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque face latérale de l'extrémité arrière du bras auxiliaire (7) est solidaire d'une poulie à gorge (10',10").
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le balancier solidaire du contrepoids (14) présente vers l'avant deux bras parallèles (13',13'') ménageant entre eux un espace pour l'extrémité arrière du bras principal (3), lesdits bras (13',13'') étant montés pivotants sur un axe d'articulation (12) tourillonnant dans une ouverture transversale de l'extrémité arrière du bras principal (3).
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la face latérale intérieure de chacun des dits bras (13',13'') est solidaire d'une poulie à gorge (28',28").
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que, de chaque côté du bras principal (3), un câble souple (27',27'') relie la poulie avant (10',10") à la poulie arrière (28',28"), le dit câble (27',27") étant fixé en un point (9) de la poulie avant (10', 10") et en un point (30',30") de la poulie arrière (28',28").
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de commande du déplacement du lien souple comprend un vérin hydraulique (16) dont le cylindre est articulé sur le bras principal (3) et dont la tige (15) est solidaire d'un organe de liaison transversal fixé à chaque extrémité en un point (31',31") de chacun des deux câbles souples (27',27'').
- Flèche de grue à portée variable selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le vérin (16) est à double effet et est associé à un distributeur de fluide hydraulique (20) à trois positions comprenant une position centrale isolant les deux chambres (24,26) du vérin (16) de la pompe hydraulique (19) et du réservoir (18), et deux positions latérales reliant l'une ou l'autre des chambres du vérin (16) à la pompe hydraulique (19) et la chambre restante au réservoir (18) en commandant sélectivement la sortie ou la rétraction de la tige (15) du vérin.
