Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren bzw. eine Vorrichtung zum Lochen von Blechformteilen (3) aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff, bei welchem in den Flanschbereichen Löcher hergestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung dieses Verfahrens ermöglicht eine deutliche Verbesserung der mechanischen Belastbarkeit der im Flanschbereich vorgesehenen Löcher dadurch, daß entlang des Lochumfanges eine Aufdickung (7) durch eine Vorverformung hergestellt wird, das Blechformteil beim Vorverformen zwischen einem Niederhalter (1,9) und einer Matrize (2,10) gehalten wird und bei der Vorverformung durch einen Stempel (5,11) das Material aus dem Lochbereich (6) in die Matrize verdrängt wird.
