Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Kolbenpumpe (3) mit einer Mehrzahl von Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (30) und einer Getriebeanordnung (34,35), welche die Drehbewegung einer gemeinsamen Antriebswelle (33) in eine periodisch oszillierende translatorische Hubbewegung der Kolben (32) in den jeweiligen Zylindern (31) umsetzt. Zur Reduzierung der Ungleichförmigkeiten im Förderstrom der Pumpe (3), die bedingt sind durch die einzelnen, zeitlich gegeneinander versetzten Förderhübe der Kolben (32), ist die Getriebeanordnung (34,35) derart ausgebildet, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung eines Nockenprofils (34), daß bei jedem Kolben (32) das Förderintervall einen größeren Teil der Oszillationsperiode belegt als das Saugintervall. Vorzugsweise wird zur Minimierung der Ungleichförmigkeit das Größenverhältnis von Förderintervall zu Saugintervall gleich oder annähernd gleich (2z-1) zu 1 bei z-Zylindern bemessen, gewünschtenfalls unter Hinzufügung eines zusätzlichen Korrekturfaktors zur Kompensation von Leckage und gegebenenfalls anderen Erscheinungen, die weitere Ungleichförmigkeiten im Förderstrom verursachen können.
