Claims (3)
- Bolzenschneider, der zwischen zwei Bedienarmen (B1, B2) und einem Kopf (A), der die Drehachsen (4) zweier Schneiden (2) trägt, Kraftvervielfachungsmittel (C) umfasst, die am Ende der Arme gebildet sind und an einem Arm (B1) einerseits einen Gelenkkopf (7a) mit dem hinteren Ende einer Schneide und andererseits einen Zapfen (8a) umfassen und am anderen Arm (B2) einen Gelenkkopf (7b) mit dem hinteren Ende der anderen Schneide und einen Gelenkkopf (8b) mit dem Zapfen (8a) des anderen Arms (B1) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Arme (B1, B2) aus einem Metallrohr gebildet ist, dessen vorderes, platt gedrücktes Ende (15) durch gepresstes Einstecken zwei Zapfen (14) enthält, die Teil zweier Metallstücke (10-11, 12-13) sind, welche aus einer einzigen zugeschnittenen Platte stammen, gepresst und bearbeitet, um eines der zwei Gelenkelemente der Arme zu bilden, jeweils weiblich (E) und männlich (D), wobei jedes Stück (10 bis 13) zwei vordere Schenkel aufweist, die in dem weiblichen Gelenkelement (E) zwei Köpfe (7b, 8b) bilden, wobei der innere (8b) an dem Gelenk der Arme (B1, B2), der äußere (7b) an dem Gelenk einer Schneide (2) mitwirkt, und an dem männlichen Gelenkelement (D) einen äußeren Kopf (7a) bilden, der mit einer Schneide (2) und einem inneren Zapfen (8a), der zur Gelenkbefestigung der Arme in den inneren Kopf (8b) des weiblichen Elements eindringt, zusammenarbeitet.
- Bolzenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Schenkel jedes der zwei Metallstücke (10, 11), die an dem männlichen Gelenkelement (D) jeweils den Zapfen (8a) und den Kopf (7a) bilden, durch einen längs verlaufenden Spalt (18a) getrennt sind, der sich bis zu einem Spannungsentlastungsloch (22) erstreckt, durch die ganze Dicke dieser beiden Stücke verlaufend, und wenigstens einer dieser Schenkel enthält, von seinem inneren Rand ausgehend, eine Aussparung (20a, 20b) zur Positionierung und zum Halten einer viereckigen Mutter (23) für eine Stehbolzenschraube (24), die sich in die Mutter schraubt, wobei sie zwischen den beiden Flügeln des Kopfes (7a) hindurch führt und an dem inneren Rand des Zapfens (8a) zur Anlage kommt.
- Herstellungsverfahren für einen Bolzenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht:aus einem Stahlblech identische Rohteile (17) auszuschneiden, umfassend einen hinteren Zapfen (14) und zwei vordere Schenkel (16),das Stückpaar (10, 11) des männlichen Elements (D) zu bilden, indem durch Schneiden ein Spalt (18) zwischen den zwei Schenkeln dieser Stücke gebildet wird und indem jedes Stück durch Verformung des äußeren Schenkels nach außen so geformt wird, dass ein Kopf (7a) gebildet wird,das Stückpaar (12, 13) des weiblichen Elements (E) zu bilden, indem das vordere Ende jedes dieser Stücke durch Pressen so verformt wird, dass die zwei Schenkel (16) bezüglich des Ansatzstückes (14) quer versetzt sind, aber in entgegengesetzter Richtung, um zwei Köpfe (7b, 8b) zu bilden,die Stücke jedes Paares durch Anlagerung ihrer Ansatzstücke (14) zusammenzuführen,und die Verbindung jedes Elements des männlichen Gelenks (D) oder weiblichen Gelenks (E) durch gepresstes Einstecken der Ansatzstücke (14) jedes Stückpaars (10-11, 12-13) in das vordere, platt gedrückte Ende (15) eines Metallrohrs zu gewährleisten.
