Claims (9)

  1. Schutzzubehörteil (1) gegen Stürze während dem Ausüben einer Sportart, welches bestimmt ist zum Abdecken von zwei erhabenen Teilen (2, 3) eines Glieds, die sich ausgehend von einer Beugezone (A) in unterschiedliche Winkelebenen erstrecken, insbesondere Ellbogen, Knie, und aufweist:
    ein flexibles Element (4), welches mindestens teilweise jeden der Teile (2, 3) des Glieds umgibt,
    ein Schutzelement (5), das aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material gebildet ist, welches lokal dem flexiblen Element hinzugefügt ist,
    Verbindungsmittel des Schutzelements (5) auf dem flexiblen Element (4),
    mindestens ein Spannelement (6) der so gebildeten Gesamtheit, welches für ihren Halt an Stelle um das Glied (2, 3) herum bestimmt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement (6) ein Gurt ist, welcher einen der zwei Teile (2, 3) des Glieds umgibt außerhalb der Beugezone (A) dieses letzteren, mittels dem Schutzelement (5) oder nicht, unter Übereinanderlagerung des flexiblen Elementes (4).
  2. Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenn es sich um einen Ellbogenschützer handelt, der Spanngurt (6) in einer Zone des flexiblen Elementes (4) angeordnet ist unter Abdecken von einem der Teile des Glieds, welches in Richtung zu dessen Ende gerichtet ist, im vorliegenden Fall der Unterarm (2).
  3. Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Element (4) aus einem röhrenförmigen, elastisch deformierbaren Band gebildet ist, welches um den Arm (3) und den Unterarm (2) in der Zone der Beuge (4) herumgeht mittels dem steifen oder halbsteifen Schutzelement (5) des Ellbogens, wobei seine elastischen und abmessungsbezogenen Eigenschaften derart sind, um einen gleichzeitig relativ schwachen, elastischen Druck hervorzurufen, um sein Plattieren durch Auffädeln somit mit einer einzigen Hand zu ermöglichen unter Sicherstellen eines maximalen Komforts und gleichzeitig ausreichend stark zum Sicherstellen seines richtigen Positionierens im Verhältnis zum Ellbogen vor Justierung des Spanngurts (6) auf dem Unterarm (2).
  4. Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das röhrenförmige Band, welches das flexible Element (4) bildet, aus einem perforierten, elastischen Material in einer Weise realisiert ist, dass die Perforierung (7) die Belüftung und den Auslass von Schweiß von der Zone des Glieds (2, 3), welches es umgibt, sicherstellen.
  5. Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das röhrenförmige Band, welches das flexible Band (4) bildet, sich in zwei Teile (4A, 4B) aufgliedert, von denen der eine (4A) den Arm (3) und der andere (4B) den Unterarm (2) beiderseits des Ellbogens einspannt, wobei der eine und der andere einerseits durch eine mittlere Aussparung (8), welche in der Beugezone (A) des Ellbogens realisiert ist, und andererseits durch zwei seitliche Aussparungen (9), welche beiderseits des Ellbogens realisiert sind, in einer Weise getrennt sind, um dem Ellbogenschützer (1) einen maximalen Freiheitsgrad beim Biegen oder beim Ausstrecken im Verlauf des Ausübens einer Sportart zu bieten.
  6. Zubehörteil gemäß einem der zuvorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das steife oder halbsteife Schutzelement (5) durch eine Schale gebildet wird, welche um zwei Achsen (X, X' und Y, Y') rechtwinklig zueinander gekrümmt ist zum Bilden auf Höhe des Ellbogens einer Rinne insgesamt in Form eines T, deren horizontaler Ast (5A), der in Richtung nach hinten gerichtet ist, sich beiderseits des Ellbogens erstreckt, und dessen vertikaler Ast (5B) sich in Richtung nach vorne unter den Unterarm erstreckt unter Bilden eines Beugewinkels von mittlerem Wert, wobei die seitlichen Ränder des vertikalen Astes mit Befestigungselementen des Spanngurtes (6) ausgestattet sind.
  7. Zubehörteil nach einem der zuvorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der inneren Fläche des steifen Schutzelementes (5) nacheinander angefügt sind:
    der Spanngurt (6) in seiner vorderen Zone entsprechend zu derjenigen des Unterarms (2),
    ein Polstermaterial (11), welches dafür bestimmt ist, den Komfort und die Dämpfung von Stößen sicherzustellen,
    das röhrenförmige Band (4), welches das flexible Element bildet
  8. Zubehörteil nach einem der zuvorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spanngurt (6) ein freies Ende (6a) von Schließmitteln (10) auf sich selbst aufweist, die dafür bestimmt sind, in lösbarer Weise mit einem komplementären Mittel nach dem Hindurchführen in eine Zugschlaufe (20), die an dem festen, gegenüberliegenden Ende (6b) des gleichen Gurtes (6) angeordnet ist, zusammenzuwirken, nachdem er das flexible Element (4) in der Zone des Unterarms (2) umgeben hat.
  9. Zubehörteil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließmittel (10) des Gurtes (6) auf ihn selbst durch selbsthaftende Elemente gebildet sind, welche auf dem freien Ende (6a) des Gurtes (6) und auf einem anderen seiner entsprechenden Teile (6b), welche während dem Schließen gegenüberliegend umgelegt werden, gebildet sind.
