Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Maschinenmesser, bestehend aus einem
Messer und einer Klappe, die durch eine Schraubverbindung lagegenau
miteinander arretiert sind und an einer Längsseite gemeinsam eine
Schneide bilden, wobei das Messer schneidseitig eine hohlgeschliffene
Freifläche aufweist, an die sich eine Freiflächenfase mit Schneidkante
und Spanfläche im Bereich eines Überstandes des Messer über die
Klappe anschließt; und die Klappe nach dem Überstand eine
Spanflächenfase aufweist, an die sich eine hohlgeschliffene Spanfläche
anschließt.
Aus dem Firmenprospekt Marunaka Tekkosho Inc., 650 Mariko
Shizuoka, Japan, ist als Maschinenmesser ein Finiermesser bekannt.
Dieses Maschinenmesser wird zum Feinhobeln (Finieren) von
Ilolzoberflächen angewendet. Das Finiermesser besteht aus einem
Messer und einer Klappe, die für ein sauberes Schneiden und einen
ungestörten Spanablauf genau positioniert sein müssen. Dazu werden
Messer und Klappe mit einem Messerüberstand von 0,2 bis 0,25 mm
zueinander positioniert und mittels Schraubverbindung miteinander
arretiert. Span- und Freiflächen weisen ein Rauheit von Rz ≤ 1 µm und
die Freiflächenfase und Spanflächenfase eine Rauheit von Rz ≤ 0,1 µm
auf. Als Materialien für Messer und Klappe kommen hochlegierte
Werkzeugstähle zum Einsatz. Als Messermaterialien weisen diese
hochlegierten Werkstoffe Nachteile hinsichtlich der komplizierten
Bearbeitbarkeit, einer geringen Zähigkeit und höherer Materialkosten

Da in diesem Falle ein Richten infolge zu hoher Zugspannungen nicht möglich ist, muß der Verzug durch Schleifen beseitigt werden. Über die flache Seite kommt bezogen auf die Schichtseite konvexer Verzug auf, der durch Kaltrichten vor dem Schleifen ohne nachteilige Einflüsse auf die Schichteigenschaften beseitigt werden kann.
