Description

The invention relates to a motor or hand-operated tilting or Sectional gate with the features of the generic term of Claim 1. Such prior art is assumed to be known.

Weight compensation devices for such gates, at which the gate weight by a spring - in generic Goals by a torsion spring - is largely balanced, the cable length and the spring preload must be checked carefully can be set. During the pull rope length by rope clamps and / or adjustable rope suspension eyes usually is set, the torsion spring preload is set by a hand-operated rotatable mechanism is preset.

It is known to use one in two guide rails Roller guided sectional door on the torsion spring shaft rear end of the horizontal guide rail area attach and pull the rope from the coaxial to the torsion spring shaft sitting rope drum starting from a in Deflection roller arranged on the curved region of the guide rail to redirect the lower end of the lower door section and to attach there. The cable length is adjusted and the setting of the torsion spring preload in the way described above.

Starting from the generic gates, the invention lies based on the task, the door assembly at the installation site and in particular the presetting of the weight compensation device to simplify. Another goal is the torsion spring arrangement adaptable to local conditions his.

To solve this problem, a gate with the characteristics of Claim 1 proposed. Due to the horizontal movement the consisting of torsion spring arrangement and rope drum elongated assembly and guidance on the two Horizontal sections of the guide rail becomes adjustability the weight compensation device is considerably simplified, by the weight balancer on each their two ends as far as the respective assigned Guide rail horizontal section is moved until the correct setting of the weight compensation device is reached. In this position the respective end of the Weight compensation device in a suitable manner on the associated horizontal section of the guide rail. This also ensures that the guide rail spacing in the area of the weight compensation device exactly maintains the target distance.

To ensure an exact and tilt-free guidance between the weight compensation device and the horizontal sections Reaching the guide rail becomes a guide shoe proposed according to claim 2.

Turnbuckles and / or elongated holes on both sides Ends of the weight compensation device or the guide shoes facilitate the exact setting and fastening of the Ends of the weight balancer on the horizontal sections of the guide rails. The torsion spring shaft can both directly at the level of the horizontal sections Guide rails, especially in the middle of the guide rails (seen in the vertical direction). For reasons the special space conditions, it is also possible the weight compensation device by means of a console or the like a little higher or a little lower than that to arrange horizontal guide rail section.

Other features, in particular the suitability of the invention Doors for installation situations with particularly low Ensure fall height are in the subclaims and Embodiments reproduced.

The aforementioned, as well as the claimed and in the exemplary embodiments described, to be used according to the invention Components are subject to their size, Shape design, material selection and technical conception no special exceptions, so that in the selection criteria known in each area of application without restriction Can find application.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 7, door sections 5A to 5D as a closing element 5 existing sectional door by means of a known Electric (E -) drive 10 opened and closed; this consists of a Motor and control unit 10A and a linear drive means Drive rail 10B, which is approximately in the middle between the side of the closure elements 5 arranged two guide rails 7 on a garage ceiling 2 are attached. A push rod 10C transmits the driving force from the drive rail 10B to the center of the top edge of the top door section 5A. The two guide rails 7 are shown in and to the extent preferred embodiment executed single track and consist of a Vertical section 7A, a horizontal section 7B and an arc section 7C; it guides guide rollers 6A to 6E, which on the upper and lower Edges of the gate sections 5A to 5D are attached. The top one is Guide roller 6A attached to the free end of a lever 8, the other Swiveling at the top of the door section 5A below the top edge of the door is articulated to the uppermost door section from its closed position shown in Fig. 3 in a tilt position corresponding to the course of the guide rail to pivot at the beginning of the opening movement.

5 und 6).In the area of the rear end of the horizontal section 7B of the guide rail 7, a weight compensation device 50 is arranged, which further will be described in more detail below. From the weight balance arrangement 50, a traction cable 51A runs approximately parallel to a traction device arrangement 51 of the horizontal section 7B of the guide rail 7 to two in the area of Bow section 7C arranged deflection rollers 51C and from there to Bottom edge of the door, where the rope end near the bottom guide roller 6E on the closure element 5 is fastened (see also FIGS. 5 and 6).

The other end of the pull rope 51A is up and down on a rope drum 51B this can be developed. The cable drum 51B is part of the traction device arrangement 51, one of a torsion spring 52A arranged coaxially to it Torsion spring arrangement 52, the further component of the weight compensation arrangement 50 is rotated.

The cable drum 51B and the torsion spring assembly 52 to which u. a. also one extending over the entire length of the weight balancing arrangement Holding crossbeam 52B and a console 52C, form the weight balancing arrangement 50. The console 52C is with a guide shoe 53 screwed, which is displaceable inside the profile of the guide rail 7 guided and by means of screws 53B after finding the position with the Guide rail is firmly screwed. The movability during the Fine adjustment is ensured by elongated holes 53A in the guide shoes 53. A stop bracket 54 with an adjusting screw 55 allows Fine adjustment via the front stop 53C of the guide shoe 53. Except this fine adjustment is also a rough adjustment of the weight compensation device 50 possible. For this purpose, the Horizontal section 7B of the guide rail 7 holes for receiving the Screws 53A are provided for the guide shoe or the console 54. In these additional holes are omitted from the drawing for the sake of clarity Service.

With this guidance of the weight compensation device in the guide rail The door assembly and setting are carried out in the desired setting position the weight balancing device is considerably simplified and the distance between the guide rails kept at nominal size.

The operation of this gate is otherwise the usual: when opening of the gate supports this from the torsion spring 52A via the cable drum 51B power-driven pull rope 51A lifting the gate. Relaxed gradually the torsion spring 52A. When closing the gate again the gate weight supports the closing movement due to gravity the pull rope 51A is gradually unwound from the rope drum 51B. Now the cable drum 51B tensions the torsion spring 52A again by the same amount, around which the torsion spring has been relaxed when opening.

In an alternative embodiment, the following differences exist to the first embodiment: the guide shoe of the weight compensation device includes the horizontal section of the guide rail on a sufficient length for guiding and fixing purposes and carries all for the fine adjustment required components. Locking screws allow this Clamp the guide shoe on the curved lower edge of the guide rail profile. The guide shoe points upwards above the Holding area extending guide rail for the weight compensation device on, so that these are arranged above the horizontal guide rail is. Only a single pulley is used to deflect the pull rope, which is arranged on the radial outside of the arc section. The weight compensation device is located in the exemplary embodiment relatively close to the arch section and uses the one above the horizontal section available space below the garage ceiling, as far as the gate opening ends significantly lower than the garage ceiling.
