Claims (17)
- Sicherheitspapier zur Herstellung von Wertdokumenten, wie Banknoten, Pässen, Ausweiskarten oder dergleichen, das zumindest teilweise mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist, die eine erhöhte Umlauffähigkeit gewährleistet, wobei die Beschichtung wenigstens auf einer der Oberflächen des Sicherheitspapiers vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung aus einer Zusammensetzung besteht, die ein Acrylatsystem als ausschließliches Bindemittel und keine Füllstoffe und gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere Zusatzstoffe, die visuell und/oder maschinell prüfbar sind, für Sicherheitsmerkmale und/oder Codierungen enthält.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung in einem Beschichtungsgewicht von 1 bis 6 g/m2, vorzugsweise 2 bis 3 g/m2, auf dem Sicherheitspapier vorliegt.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung als Bindemittel Acrylate oder eine Mischung aus Polymeren bzw. Copolymeren mit einem hohen Acrylatanteil enthält.
- Sicherheitspapier nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung in geringer Konzentration wenigstens einen Stoff mit einer visuell und/oder maschinell nachweisbaren Eigenschaft für Sicherheitsmerkmale und/oder Codierungen enthält.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stoff lumineszierende, magnetische, elektrisch leitfähige, lichtbeugende, lichtinterferierende oder lichtpolarisierende Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stoff oder die Stoffe nur partiell, vorzugsweise in Form eines Musters in der Beschichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitspapier aus Fasern von Einjahrespflanzen, insbesondere Baumwollfasern besteht.
- Sicherheitspapier nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitspapier zumindest teilweise aus Kunststofffasern, vorzugsweise Polyamidfasern, besteht.
- Sicherheitspapier nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitspapier ein ungeleimtes Papier ist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung nur bereichsweise auf das Sicherheitspapier aufgebracht ist, und dass die beschichtungsfreien Bereiche mit einer Druckfarbe bedruckt sind, die Effektpigmente enthält.
- Wertdokument, wie eine Banknote, Scheck, Ausweiskarte oder dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wertdokument ein Sicherheitspapier gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist.
- Wertdokument nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wertdokument über der Beschichtung einen Aufdruck aufweist, der wiederum durch eine Beschichtung, z. B. eine Lackschicht abgedeckt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitspapiers nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Papiermaschine eine Papierschicht hergestellt wird und anschließend eine Beschichtung auf wenigstens eine der Oberflächen des Papiers zumindest partiell aufgebracht wird, wobei die Beschichtung aus einer Zusammensetzung besteht, die ein Acrylatsystem als ausschließliches Bindemittel und keine Füllstoffe und gegebenenfalls einen oder mehrere Zusatzstoffe, die visuell und/oder maschinell prüfbar sind, für Sicherheitsmerkmale und/oder Codierungen enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Papier vor dem Aufbringen der Beschichtung geleimt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung aufgedruckt wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung in mehreren Schritten aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt eine Zusammensetzung in Form eines Musters aufgebracht wird, die in geringen Mengen zumindest einen Stoff mit wenigstens einer visuell und/oder maschinell nachweisbaren physikalischen Eigenschaft für Sicherheitsmerkmale und/oder Codierungen enthält, und dass in einem zweiten Schritt registerhaltig zu dem Muster der verbleibende Teil der Oberfläche des Papiers mit der gleichen Zusammensetzung ohne den nachweisbaren Stoff versehen wird.
